客室は清潔。ベッドやソファー、シャワー温度なども快適。設備や調度品は非常に良い。部屋も広い。 設備を保つためのスタッフによる、サポートは少ない。apartment hotelなので、過度なサービスを私は求めない。だが、もう少し親身にサポートしてほしかった。WiFiはしばしば途切れ、こちらから何度も言わないと二日間繋がらない時もあった。

Modern rooms in the middle of nowhere

Modern rooms, quite ok, has a nice kitchen and spacy, from that perspective quite allright. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere though right next to the golf club but you look to a street... at night not a single soul around in the neighborhood, bit depressive. In addition you have not contact with any hotel staff, as you can get the key from a box... so very impersonal. And you definitely need a car to get there...

THE HOTEL IS FAR FROM FAIR BUY YOU CAN TAKE S TRAIN AND TAXI. THE TOAL COST IS BETTER THAN YOU STAY IN FRANKFURT IN THE FAIR TIME. IT S GOOD FOR GROUP TO STAY THEIR. IT IS GOOD TO PALY GOLF IF YOU HAVE TIME. IT IS COLD BUT I STILL SEE MANY PLAYER THEIR. I THINK IN SUMMER TIME, IT WILL BE PERFET TO STAY 1-2WEEKS THERE.

Very nice & new apartment except that it lacked heat and hot water during vast majority of my stay. Service is lackluster and the front desk is not open all hours. When I called to complain about no heat or hot water their only answer was that it was that it was being serviced but it was several days that went by. Luckily I had alternate accommodations. When I came back the last night they only fixed the heat but not the hot water.

Spiksplinternieuw appartementencomplex!

Spiksplinternieuw appartementencomplex aan de rand van Mainz, aan de golfbaan. De kamers zijn mooi en praktisch ingericht. Zeer schoon! Het staat nergens, maar de handdoeken worden bijna dagelijks vernieuwd, erg prettig. Zeer rustige omgeving. Complex is gelegen op soort van industrieterrein, dus je loopt er niet gemakkelijk eventjes uit. Als je 's avonds ergens anders wilt eten dan op de golfbaan, moet je met de auto. Maar, deze dingen wegen absoluut op tegen de rust die je hier ervaart en het comfort van het appartement. Je kunt merken dat het appartementencomplex nieuw is. De check-in vindt plaats op de golfbaan, hier zijn de medewerkers nog niet gewend aan het feit dat ze ook een receptiefunctie hebben ten aanzien van de appartementen. Je krijgt de sleutel en verder geen info. Hetzelfde geldt bij het teruggeven van de sleutel. Ze wensen je een goede terugreis, maar vragen verder niets over je ervaringen over het verblijf. Ze moeten er gewoon nog even aan wennen, is onze conclusie.

The apartment is next to the beautiful golf course. It is quite new, clean and fully equipped. The staff at the front desk which located in the golf club is very friendly and helpful. There is also a nice playground nearby where the little child can enjoy themselves after a long trip in the car. All in all, this is a wonderful stopover or holiday resort which is quiet,beautiful and comfortalbe. It's one of the best choices if you travel the Rhein Vally by car.
