Horrible to say the least. No staff on site to help us out. Very poor communication because of that, we cannot get the key into our room on the first day for hrs. Didn’t get actual key for room til 2d day. Explanation: Owner demanded we install Whatsapp on our phone before we could get in, but we refused because the app is insecure. Owner also failed to provide phone number for questions, and though Expedia later gave us his number, when we did get hold of owner he refused to help us get into the apartment unless we first installed whatsapp on our phone. For hours we tried to find a way in. Finally, an attendant at the site helped us get in using a master swipe card. This is a very complex place to get into, requiring a fob, two codes, and a swipe card, so without the owners help, it’s a miracle we got in. Finally the second day we got everything we needed, but considered terminating our stay. The communication was so terrible we knew if we needed anything, any help, the owner would not help us. If WhatsApp was a condition of rental, this should have been stated up front. You can’t get all the rental and then start imposing conditions on your tenants.

Eyal was very informative with making check in and check out super simple. He also gave us some great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Fabulous room with all amenities needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Eyal was the best host. Really easy to reach the apartment, really clean and tidy and modern. The location is right in the heart of Budapest making it super convenient to get to all places. Definitely the place to stay if you want to be close to food drink activities and night life!

From start to finish, Eyal was very helpful and provided all information we required. Kept up to date with how our stay was and offered to keep our bags past check out time until we were due to leave. Room was beautiful, well looked after, clean and in a great location - amazing for the price!

Central apartment
Great central apartment, very clean & modern. (Air-conditioned, fridge, iron) Building & gate entrance on main street, busy... Our apartment was situated on the inside of building so it was very quite, minimal traffic noise. 5 -10 walk to danube river & restaurants as is main shopping street Vaci Utca. Plenty restaurants & bars nearby. Excellent stay for price.

Super tolle zentrale Lage, der Besitzer immer per Whats App zu erreichen. Gibt sämtliche Tips die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen als er ohne hin schon ist. Kann man von ganzen Herzen empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder :)

I recommend this property, location is great, you could easily walk to all the attractions in the city. Safe neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants and bars with different gastronomic offer. The place is big enough, clean, and very easy to access. The host was very helpful and communication was good.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado y es muy cómodo. La cama es cómoda y dispone de más mantas y almohadas. La comunicación con el propietario fue excelente, ayudándonos en todo momento y con una rapidez increíble. El único problema es que vimos, es que la puerta es de cristal y entra mucha luz para dormir, así como las cortinas de las ventanas que no cierran correctamente quedando mucho hueco por donde entra la luz. Si arreglasen todo esto sería un muy buen apartamento donde alojarse.

Kan varmt anbefale et ophold på Károly Boutique Suites. Værten sendte en detaljeret video og beskrivelse af hvordan man tjekker ind og ud samt en liste af anbefalinger til, hvad man kan lave, se og spise. Det var til UG. Værelserne er store, moderne og flot indrettet. Beliggenheden kunne næsten ikke blive bedre. 10 minutter til centrum og blot 5-15 min. Fra nogle fremragende restauranter og barer. Det eneste jeg kan sætte en finger på er, at trafikstøjen, da hotellet ligger ud til en større vej.

Great location, clean room. Smooth stay.
Perfect location, walking distance to all the interesting sites and restaurants. The care from the host was very comforting, did get all the info beforehand and even with recommendations. If you dont mind the absence of legacy services like 24/7 front desk or lobby bar/restaurant, this is ideal choice for you. The rooms are fres and renovated in very nice modern decor. The amenities like tea/coffee, fridge and cosmetics are at your disposal. We were very good taken care of.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Innenausstattung des Hotels ist sehr modern und schick. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist dieses Hotel absolut zu empfehlen.

Absolutely loved staying here for my birthday trip away! The hosts were amazing right from pre check in, restaurant and bar recommendations through to check out! Perfect service. Great location so close to bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Budapest

I had a super nice room with nice design, customer service is perfect. They gave me a detailed instructions how to check in and gave me a taxi with driver’s phone number. They also gave me advice about good dining options nearby and etc and i feel like they really take care about guests. Thank you!!

Overall amazing place to stay!
This stay was pretty amazing to say the least. It was exactly what was needed within a short walk. Communication with staff was efficient when provided instructions to enter the property making it a smooth transition into our room. Very helpful when it came to transportation, recommendations for food, and miscellaneous questions that I believe most establishments wouldn’t be willing to assist with. Stylish room and bathroom which enhanced the comfort level. A return stay will happen.

I booked “deluxe room” which in the pictures had a couch or at least a desk. Feel like I got the bare minimum room that did not look like the pictures and did not have a desk or couch or any where to work. It’s also more like an Airbnb with self checkin so I was not really able to talk to anyone at the property about it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable . But the hallways are pretty disgusting with musty stained carpet.
