The apartment has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 registered guests, including children. The sleeping arrangement consists of one double bed in the separate bedroom and one double bed on the mezzanine.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Only you and the other registered members of your group will use the accommodation.

Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.

Mezzanine

One of the double beds is located on an elevated mezzanine sleeping level that is accessed by internal stairs.

The mezzanine may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children when they use the stairs or mezzanine area.

Guest Registration

Parking

Private parking is not included or advertised with the apartment.

As the property is located in central Budapest, street parking may be limited and subject to local restrictions and charges. Guests arriving by car should check current parking conditions or arrange a nearby public parking garage independently.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building’s enclosed shared areas.

Pets

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome.

Baby cots and extra beds are not available at this property. The maximum occupancy cannot be increased beyond the apartment’s existing sleeping arrangements.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children on the mezzanine and internal stairs.

Special Requests

If you have any special requirements, please contact us before arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, subject to availability.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
