地下鉄近いし、中心街や鎖橋にも歩いて行ける距離。レストランも周囲にたくさんあります。WiFiも問題なし。快適でした。

Location was superb. Also the surroundings were very pleasant. Just what I like. Breakfast offered a number of items (such as tuna in oil) not offered at other hotels I stayed in during my trip.

The Hotel is in a great location. About between 3 - 5 minute walk to two different metro lines and stations. Great Breakfast, salty and sweet options, many various foods, fruits and choices. The President has the best breakfast that I have had in Europe. Friendly staff and welcoming environment.

En besvikelse, så dyrt utan någon anledning. Hotellets bassäng var avstängd, bastu var kallt. Dyrare att äta ute i Budapest än i Stockholm.

Det var ett fint rum men tyvärr så fungerade inte AC så det var säkert 30 + i rummet så man orkade inte sova. Berättade detta och personalen var medvetna om problemet.

Veldig bra service, fint hotell og flott plassering. Eneste minus var at rommet var alt for varmt, selv med minusgrader ute. Dette kunne ikke personale gjøre noe med. Måtte ha vinduene på vidt gap hele periode

Vi fikk ikke rommet til kl 15 som var tidligst tidspunkt for innsjekk. Stod og ventet på at rommet skulle bli rengjort og unnskyldningen var at hotellet var såpass fullbooket den dagen at de hang etter med renholdet. Vi fikk rommet først etter kl 18 og da fikk vi en dobbeltseng i stedet for to enkle senger (noe jeg hadde spesifisert i bestillingen). Rommet var lite og mørkt med kun et vindu mot en slags bakgård i første etasje. I resepsjonen stod det kun en person som skulle betjene en ganske stor kø av gjester, så det tok ganske lang tid før vi fikk hjelp. Resepsjonisten beklagde så mye at de ikke kunne gi oss to enkle senger, men bare en dobbeltseng da de bare hadde dette ene rommet å tilby oss. Alt i alt var det ikke verdt de 4 stjernene de påstår at de har. Har bodd på betydelig bedre og mer service vennlige hoteller med 4 stjerner i Budapest.

We were right next to a beautiful building which made it very easy to find our way back to the hotel! Rooftop bar has a fantastic view you can't beat! Very nice location in area 5, convenient and close to many of the top sites we wanted to see. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome to fuel us up for a big day of experiencing such an incredible city. So glad we went to Budapest and stayed at The President. We saw the other options we almost selected and we were so grateful we had chosen this hotel!

180 Euro for one night in single room with poor and worn furnishing is not value for that money. The room was located next to the lift. 4 meter window glas front, directed to after midday sun - aircondition cant regulate. Breakfest offer was fantastic. But... it doesnt makes it better, as that should be standard.

Séjour décevant
Séjour décevant en général. La chambre affectée était très étriquée et j'ai dû reclamer un changement. J'ai eu une autre chambre plus spacieuse en payant un supplément, mais la chambre était dans un état delabré nécessitant une rénovation. La litterie n'a rien à voir avec la classe 4 etoiles et le confort est tres limite. La seule chose intéressante pour cet hitel est son emplacement.

la habitación descuidada, las alfombras sucias, la cama extra TERRIBLE, y una noche nos dejaron sin agua... ni siquiera para el baño o para lavarse los dientes, .... nos hubieran dado botellas de agua para poder lavarse las manos, los dientes o beber.... solo teníamos la botella de agua que nos dieron de entrada.....

La seule chose positive que je retienne est la gentillesse et l’aide de Wafa, à la réception, le jour de mon départ. Elle a trouvé en un temps record un taxi équipé d’un siège bébé, je l’en remercie vivement. Tout le reste est Décevant, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Ma chambre était sombre et bruyante, de la musique de fond toute la nuit, le petit déjeuner était bien par son offre mais je retiens l’échange houleux avec une serveuse qui a eu du mal à m’apporter une bouteille d’eau afin que je prépare un biberon. L’eau apportée sortait du frigo alors je suis sortie en acheter une moi-même. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement.

It was a very hotel, however during our stay there was a convention going on and my room happened to be on the far end of the hotel so I had to Edmonton through the main hall of hotel where they had their food set up and had to maneuver my way through with the luggage. Also the elevators were confusing and was not explained at check in. Good location to Cathedral and restaurants.

No air conditioning in street level room. Advised to leave windows open instead. Kept awake until 5am by loud party goers passing by.

Godt og skidt på én gang
Vi havde bl.a. booket hotellet fordi der var pool. Men ved ankomst var poolområdet under ombygning, så vi kunne ikke benytte poolen. Dette fik vi ikke kompenseret. Vi havde booket standard dobbeltværelse, men skrevet til hotellet om vi kunne opgradere med en ekstra overnatning samt opgradere til Superior værelse. Ved ankomst modtog vi det som hotellet beskrev som bedste værelse på hotellet. Værelset havde den mest fantastiske udsigt, der var god plads og sengen var god og værelset var rent og fint. Men værelset var installeret med en meget gammel aircon og den støjede frygtligt. Vinduerne kunne ikke åbnes, så frisk luft var enten med åben dør ud til gangen eller med den støjende aircon tændt. Aircon kunne ikke køle og pumpede mest lunken og fugtig luft ind i værelset. Værelset var helt oppe under hotellets flade tag, og lige oven på vores værelse, var hotellets samlede køleanlæg monteret lige ned i loftet på vores værelse. Det skabte frygtlige viberationer i vores værelse og det virkede som om man var søsyg hele tiden og støjen mindede mest af alt om motoren på et skib - en støj man ikke kunne fjerne. Vi bad derfor om et andet værelse, men da hotellet var helt booket, kunne de kun tilbyde et andet og meget lille værelse uden vinduer, hvilket vi takkede nej til. Personalet ved morgenmaden hade for travlt og kunne ikke nå at fylde mad, glas og tallerkner op. Det var derfor ofte en begrænset morgenmad man kunne få.
