It is a beuty loft flat 3 minutes walk from the river. Not comfortable for families but for couples or for friend groups it is perfect place.

Host was lovely, however the property had a few issues. Musty/mouldy smell, one toilet was not operational (though was fixed promptly) washing machine, light in other WC and sauna wasn’t working. TV had limited functionality and main bed was OK but other 2 were fold out couches that wasn’t very comfortable. Could have used another blanket as we were a bit cold. If you know all this it was still acceptable.

Robert è molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Nonostante un inconveniente molto stressante dovuto al sito, nessuno ha perso la calma e abbiamo trovato una soluzione con piena fiducia.La casa è originale e comoda. Un seminterrato dotato di tutti i comfort, ben caldo in inverno. Lo consiglio se vuoi avere l'impressione di avere un appartamentino tutto tuo per una breve vacanza. La zona è tranquilla e servita da bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Con una passeggiata di 15-20 minuti sei in centro, ma c'è anche un comodo tram a pochi passi. Robert is very kind, welcoming and helpful. Despite a very stressful inconvenience due to the site, no one lost their cool and we found a solution with complete confidence.The house is original and comfortable. A basement equipped with all amenities, nice and warm in winter. I recommend it if you want to feel like you have your own little flat for a short holiday. The area is quiet and served by bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the centre, but there's also a convenient tram just a few steps away.

Unique interior, perfect location, angel host!

The host is extremely nice, helpful, kind and flexible person!The flat has extraordinary design and very nice vibe, despite the heat outside it was cool without using air conditon. The place was calm and greatly communicated with the city center, numerous shops and pizzerias nearby. We loved the stay and will return if ever will have possibility to be in Budapest again!

Funky studio in a great location

Our family had a great time in beautiful Budapest. The apartment is in a great location and the host is fanstastic, so friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is a spacious and characterfulstudio apartment. As it is right next to the road at street level, the traffic noise can be heard, so it might not be suitable for light sleepers. The beds are comfortable, but it is important to note that they are all in the same large room. The apartment has a lot of charm. Being a basement apartment guests should expect that it is a bit dark and cool, an advantage for those who like to stay cool in the warmer months, but possibly not suitable for those who run cold. It was a great introduction to a beautiful city and we really appreciated our host's good advice and information about visiting the city.

Klein aber fein

Wir waren wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch super. Lage ist okay. Man kommt überall schnell mit Bahn oder Bus hin. Alles in allem für eine Gruppe die Budapest erkunden möchte sehr zu empfehlen .

Two toilets, one had dodgy light that would not come on. Other had broken seat.Interior had flaking ceiling that covered my wife in dust while she slept. Entry stair needs a hand rail. Bedding could be better. Not 300 Myra from river.TV not available for use. Apart from that a very quirky and roomy apartment. Robert is the perfect host and nice gentleman.
