Breakfast area was dirty, tables were not cleaned, serving area was not clean. Had to have room cards replaced several times, would not open doors to room, pool area etc.

Get's the job done place to stay. Clean and comfortable but no frills. The "breakfast" is very minimal and limited. That was a let down. Day 4 I thought my room would be serviced finay and still wasnt. I need towels and the front desk did happily take care of that. We didnt stay in room much so it was fine for us.

The breakfast there was at the bottom of the list of the many Microtel's I have stayed in. They just did not offer the usual fare. But the room and staff and location was all good.

Terrible new policy of requesting housekeeping service. I failed to read the new policy and staff never made me aware of it. During a 3-night stay, I verbally requested housekeeping service but never received it. Finally fresh towels on the third morning only.

Another guest, who was in the parking lot, let us in the side to door to go to check in because there was a large group of approximately 30 men who were gathered by the front door. The guest told us they the young men were fighting. We could see and sense that the situation was tenuous.

Breakfast area had 1 waffle maker for guests who couldn’t have juice or toast (no bread, no juice in dispenser). The sausage and eggs? looked I unappetizing. Coffee was never hot and had to be microwaved. Room was clean, but several broken floor tiles, torn window seat cushion. No tissues only 1 trash can. Charged a mystery $25 fee when we checked in saying it would be refunded after our stay. I won’t stay there again

First, let me start by saying that the room itself was clean, and that the staff was very friendly and helpful! So this is not a matter of the staff this is more of advertisement. It’s was a little disappointed to get to the hotel, and to see that the room did not look like anything like the room on the website!! Matter of fact, the room looked like something you would find at a Motel 6. I feel like it was false advertisement.

Different layout, not improved.
I have stayed in this hotel before and frankly I liked the previous decor and furniture. I liked the mirrors horizontally along the wall and the suite wall separating the bed from the sofa area. I also liked the sink, refrigerator and microwave area in the suites before because they really maximized the counter space. I don’t know if it’s because I was put in the first floor this time that it was so different this stay. The “kitchen” area felt small since there was only a sink, no wall counter, the microwave was under the tv by the bed, and there was no dividing wall between the bed and sofa area.

Remodeling
I think they're in the middle of a remodel. There was trim missing in the bathroom. The nice, new shower did not have a shelf. The door trim was not secured completely to the wall. The kid at the front desk disappeared for long periods of time while I was down eating breakfast. The breakfast counter needed to be cleaned. Our heat worked fine: but I overheard another guest saying their heat wouldn't get above 65. (Operator error?)

The floors had construction and old appliances all over the floor. The first room was not ready so we went downstairs and were given a new room. This room was comfortable but the rooms looks like they got a deal from IKEA the decor was like for a preschool with multi colored pegs on the wall. We slept fine the bed was comfortable but whe. We got up to take a shower there was no hot water! They said they were working on the building and no rooms had hot water!!!!!! How can you rent a room out with no hot water!!!! We have yet to have anyone call us to apologize or compensate us . This was a really poor experience. Don’t stay here.
