「Looks to be an older facility and well used. No outside pool. The room (123) we stayed in had a wet laundry smell. Air conditioner was set on 68 but was having some trouble keeping up with the temp of the room. Beds were clean and well dressed. Just not a great stay for the almost 200 I spent for the night.」

「The pictures on the Google Business page showed an outside pool that was clean and operational. This was not the case when we arrived. The pool was completely empty and could not be used. The room smelled of body odor and cigarettes and the shower head was not operational until it was fixed. We had to check out early due to these conditions.」

「Good value. Clean. Housekeeping didn't change sheets or clean countertop for second night though, though. Overall, convenient and better value than a lot of places.」

「It was a very nice place to stay, but what made it even more special was the man at the front desk! He went out of his way to help me. The breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable. I will be going back! Highly recommended. 」

「Terrible pot smell, toilet wouldn’t flush, tv didn’t work, and our floor was wet from AC leak. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was pitiful with a broken net to clean it with. Disgusting. We left and are trying to get our money back.」

「Property is in serious need of updates. Chunks were missing out of the bathtub. This used to be a very nice property, but hasn't been maintained well or updated in decades.」

「We didn’t stay there after we saw the condition of one room and the only other one was upstairs. No elevator and they didn’t offer to carry the bags for us. Pool was out of order also! Would never call to stay there again.」

「Great place to stay. Swimming pool is a long hike up the hill but open 24/7. Very nice swimming pool and bar if you are a drinker. The hot tub amazing. Very friendly door man. The balcony was nice. I can't say anything negative because it's the best place I've stayed in a long while. If someone is being loud they handle the situation asap. Very impressed. When I visit the area again I will stay there for sure.」

「Wrong room, booked two queen and received a king. Third person had to sleep in rollaway bed. Carpets in hallway were filthy and musty smell in hallways」

「If only I could load pictures… This was the most disgusting hotel I have found to date. Two beds in the room…I pulled the covers back on bed #1 and it was covered in what looked to be black lint where your feet would rest in the bed. After further inspection, there were all kinds of funky skin flakes as well. I then moved to bed #2…after pulling the covers back, I found what looked to be dried blood all over the sheets. All of this explained why there were knats flying all around the room as...

「Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.」
