- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

La Vigna is a delightful country house, immersed in lush greenery and located amongst the enchanting landscapes of the Valdarno and the Valdambra. Located in the municipality of Bucine, the property is about two kilometres from the town with all services. Guests can relax in the well-kept garden with a play area and a swimming pool, equipped with lighting, from which to admire the magical atmosphere of sunset. The air-conditioned veranda, set up as a living area, allows guests to enjoy pleasant meals in a cosy environment, during both hot and cold periods. The strategic position of the property allows you to take day trips to renowned destinations such as Siena, Florence and Arezzo. It also offers the opportunity to explore the typical areas of Chianti and the Val d'Orcia.
Interior:
La Vigna has just one floor. The main entrance leads into the sitting room with fireplace, with the kitchen opposite and then, continuing on, you come to the veranda with the dining area and direct access to the garden. Along a corridor communicating with the living area is a double bedroom with French window leading out to the garden, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower. In an annex adjacent to the main entrance is the laundry room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The level terrain of the park of La Vigna, surrounded by a laurel hedge, is planted mainly with lawn and dotted with tall, shady trees and bushes of herbs. On the lawn surrounding the house is the swimming pool with adjacent gazebo that provides shade to a seating area; a few steps away is a brick structure with barbecue, while a dining area has been set up in the loggia in front of the main entrance. On one side of the house is a play area with a five-a-side football field with two goalposts. The manually-opening entrance gate leads to the parking area with two covered and two uncovered spaces.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Rectangular and measuring 7 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m, the swimming pool is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has chlorine purification, an internal spotlight and a metal ladder for access to the water. The surrounding paved area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a solar shower. The pool will be available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Yes, € 50,00 per animal per week.
