Appartement gedateerd, tuin rommelig

Appartement was niet echt schoon, oude meubels. Tuin was doods, lijkt wel of het niet wordt bijgehouden. Terrein bij zwembad mooi en groot, jammer van het zwarte doek achter het zwembad, daarachter is het uitzicht heel mooi. Wordt nu belemmerd door het zwarte doek. Gras was erg lang en ligstoelen staan rommelig en sommige waren kapot. Verder wel een mooie plek om bij het zwembad te liggen. Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk.

Bardzo dobre miejsce na urlop.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce na spędzenie urlopu. Gospodarz bardzo miły i elastyczny. Na terenie obiektu dostępny basen, miejsce na grilla, pralka itp. Dom znajduje się trochę na uboczu ,co zapewnia spokój w czasie odpoczynku. Gospodarz jest właścicielem winnicy, która można zwiedzić i degustować (oraz kupić) wina. Polecam.

Fijne plek om tot rust te komen.

Heerlijke plek met veel rust en natuur. Honden zijn welkom en kunnen vrij rondlopen. Geweldige omgeving en je bent in anderhalf uur van Florence en Rome. U. is een leuke vent die je ook tips geeft welke plekken je in de buurt moet bezoeken. Het huisje was top en het zwembad heerlijk. Ideaal voor mensen zonder kinderen die rust en ruimte willen.

Es war insgesamt ein perfekter Toskana-Urlaub, einzig auszusetzen wäre, dass manches an Kücheninventar fehlt. Ansonsten einfach super!

Im Internet und bei der Objekt...

Im Internet und bei der Objektbeschreibung in den Reiseunterlagen wurde der Eindruck erweckt, dass sich Bar und Einkauf auf dem Gelände befinden. Tatsächlich befinden sie sich ca.1 km vom Gelände entfernt. Die Rezeption ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt, evtl.Anliegen konnten nur über Telefon erledigt werden. Ferner gab es kein Internet des wir dringend beruflich gebraucht hätten und ein wichtiges Kriterium für die Buchung war. Daher sind uns nicht unerhebliche Mehrkosten entstanden da wir Internet über das Handy (Roaminggebühren!) nutzen mussten. SAT–TV hatten wir die erste Woche ebenfalls nicht, erst danach wurde der DVBT– gegen einen SAT–Receiver getauscht. Da wir auch noch Probleme mit dem Wagen hatten wäre es hilfreich gewesen die Rezeption vor Ort nach einer entsprechenden Mercedes–Werkstatt befragen zu können und um höhere, enstandene Reparaturkosten zu vermeiden.Der Gemeinschaftsgrill glich mehr einer Schutthalde und war eine Zumutung – Foto vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine und Toaster waren nicht vorhanden.Zuwenig Geschirr und Kochutensilien für 4 Personen daher Geschirrspüler nicht nutzbar– Handabwasch.Aufgrund der Mängel erwarten wir eine finanzielle Entschädigung
