Our room was lovely and we enjoyed many sunrises on the patio. The bed was a bit hard but we are used to a softer mattress so we adapted. This was our third stay at the Life building and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were all very friendly and we love the location. The pool could have been cleaned more often but I guess as it was early in the season, they didn’t feel it necessary. Overall, our trip was awesome. We came home relaxed and looking forward to going back!

Nice place overall. Lots of extras included in kitchen. Coffee filters, decent pots and pans, utensils . Place was very clean and modern. We did have an issue with communication from Bay Properties when it came to check in and check out instructions. We had to initiate the conversation. It should be the other way around. Overall, we would definitely rent from this location again.

In the heart of everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the location was perfect. The condo was for the most part great only issue was the small bed and we know next time we will have to book a room with a king bed. The only thing we really did not like was having to wear a wrist band to identify that we were guests considering we are not in a all inclusive I found this unnecessary. Other than that thanks for sharing your condo with us!! We already can't wait to go back next year!!

Great apartment, excellent service from Bay Properties staff. Pool is awesome. Just need more deck chairs and an enforced policy of not saving deck chairs when you’re not at the pool area.

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and very clean. The area is very noisy, with construction across the street and all over the town. My one criticism is that the plants on our floor were very sad and not watered. The one by the elevator was almost dead. A bit more attention to those plants would make the building a lot nicer.

Excellent!

Everything was amazing. It was very clean, and condo was exactly as described., except we even had a a partial ocean view from the balcony.! Beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella were included. We used them quite often to make the short walk to hang out on the beach. We loved using the coffee shop right beside the condo and went to many yummy restaurants nearby. The gym and pool were also great. We only have good things to say about our stay, it was perfect.
