"Extremely uncomfortable bedding... the worst I have experienced in my world travels. Staff was fake-friendly. For example, I requested an additional pillow and was asked why I needed it. The indoor POOL is NOT part of their property! Don't be fooled by the images and captions. It is a neighboring property, use for a fee $, and limited hours. Room & hotel were very clean.
