Welcome to Tranquility Base. Prepare to be in awe of this Gorgeous Mountain Lake Cabin w/stunning views, spacious layout, lake access, large two story deck & game/family room. You will wake up to the tranquil sounds of birds chirping, w/the natural light of day overlooking one of the best views Lake Fontana has to offer. The home offers 3 master bedroom suites, each complete with a king bed & a large full bath. The downstairs bedroom offers not only a king bed, but bunk beds for the kids.

Welcome! From the moment our guests drive up we want them to feel welcomed. As you enter the front door you will be immediately drawn to the high ceilings and wall of windows bringing the outside in and drawing you to beautiful Lake Fontana. With the lake and Mountain View’s we know it’s hard to not be drawn in, and why every room has windows to enjoy those views. 3 large bedroooms, 3.5 baths with room for 8.

Open floor plan kitchen opens to the living and dining space. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to make those quick or chef inspired meals, with new stainless steel appliances, and large island with bar seating this space is enjoyable to use and spend time in.

The kitchen opens into the living room with stone gas fireplace for those cool mountain evenings in the fall. Large screen tv, leather couch and swivel chairs for conversing or enjoying the views outside. This living room also has a dining area window side & is large enough for all to be able to enjoy together.

To the left and right off the living room are two king bedrooms with large ensuites, both bedrooms have windows and doors to the outdoor deck area. Bathrooms are roomy, and luxurious with modern finishes. This upper main floor also has a laundry room, along with a half bath off the kitchen.

Downstairs you will find another large bedroom with a third king size bed along with bunk beds, perfect family space with en-suite bathroom.

Also downstairs is a game room, with kitchenette bar, family room/sitting area and two large screen tv’s along with a shuffleboard table. Arcade game, and poker card table that converts to a sitting/dining table. The lower floor also has a walkout deck along with a stone patio area.

Neighborhood is private and gated with lake access available for those wanting to boat on Lake Fontana.
