You won't find a more conveniently located or more comfortable place to stay in all Bryan/College Station. This first floor, two bedroom place is walking distance to the Texas A&M campus and even closer to the shopping and restaurants at Northgate. Because it is on the Bryan-side of campus it is also convenient to all things Bryan as well, including the Legends Event Center. With reserved parking, a full kitchen and an entertainers living space, this will be your "go to" place in Aggieland.

We are mere minutes away and love to help our guests.

This transitioning neighborhood boast a colorful blend of Bryan community, graduate students, and higher end student housing nestled against the excitement of Northgate and the A&M Campus.

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front.

Nice place close to Northgate

Nice place for 4 folks. Nicely renovated with everything we needed. The stay is only about a 10 minute walk to the Northgate bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We came in for the game and enjoyed the apartment. We walked to the game and to Northgate. The beds are super comfortable. The coffee was appreciated. The location was the best part so convenient and an easy walk.

Great Place, Great Location

My son and I travelled into town for a football game. We had a great stay. The place is in great shape and comfortable. The area is super quiet. We walked back and forth to the A&M campus, bars, and restaurants. It was easy to check in and out and great communication with the owners. I highly recommend.

Our son had a track meet at A&M over the weekend, and it was a perfect location for us to go back and forth throughout the day. The home was super clean, and had everything we needed. 100% Recommend!

Perfect spot for campus visit. Owner has d9ne a nice job update the property. He was easily accessible and had a hairdryer (that went missing) to me in 20 minutes. Recommended!

Nice, well furnished little apartment

Nicely furnished, upgraded apartment in an older building. Bathroom is nice and modern, kitchen seems well stocked and "applianced", although we didn't really use either. Living room has new, comfortable coach and huge TV. Easy walking distance to Northgate!

Celebrating My Boys

We were a bit skeptical driving up to the property, but the inside wasclean and cozy. Loved the kitchen, the oven was great...I baked a birthday cake for my boys. The only 3 things that need some attention are the floors (the vinyl is coming off and creating a wavy crackly texture, the drain in the shower is loose with sharp edges, and there were ants on the counters).
