They provided a single towel per person per day and would charge for an extra towel. They encouraged customers to reuse the used towels. Wished they disclosed it in the hotel description. Their breakfast is however excellent.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There’s no air conditioning, so it’s tough when it gets hot. The bath towels aren’t changed every day. I’m a little dissatisfied because the staff’s friendliness and attitude vary depending on who you deal with. The location is perfect, though, which was a plus. It feels like a hotel geared toward younger people.

Felt it was very misleading that the listing did not mention you have to be out of the room between 11 am and 3 pm, as this was incompatible with the event that I came to Belgium for Luggage storage was safe and helpful Close by some train stations, but had to make connections to get further away (like Antwerp)

The quadruple room was great - kids loved it! My only criticism would be that all the cereal available had chocolate in it. Maybe some muesli without chocolate would be a nice addition.

Enjoyed my stay

Room had 3 bunk beds (ie 6 beds), 2 showers and 2 toilets. You need to make your bed, bedding is provided. Room and toilet was clean. Towel is not provided but can be rented for a small fee. I was able to borrow a hairdryer from reception. There was a kitchen to use in the basement and I appreciated the included breakfast which was plentiful (if not the most varied in choice).
