Very good hotel
Nice studio to saty for long time. Clean room with daily house keeping, easy access to food shop at ground floor and good access to public transportation. The reception is also kind.

非常に満足です。
まだ色々と作りかけでしたが、部屋自体は非常に綺麗でした。 また冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、調理器具、ドライヤー等必要なものは揃っていました。 唯一スリッパがあればよかったと思います。

Appartement correct. Manque petite table de salon. Banquette très inconfortable. Lampe murale abîmée. Points positifs. Très bon emplacement bus très pratique. Petite supérette en bas de la résidence où le personnel est très agréable. Très bonne literie. Très calme. Et pour finir pour nous français manque de chaînes françaises.

Co-located with a student residence, this hotel was fine for a quick, budget stay. Bare bones but had everything as advertised.

The room was "fine" but the parking lights didn't come on early in the morning, AND one of the elevators didn't work but wasn't marked out of order (we were stuck in the elevator for 19 minutes until someone forced the doors open), BOTH felt very unsafe!!! The hallway had a bad smell and the AC didn't work in my room. The "staff" were friendly, but they are staffed by college students who are not always available and couldn't "do" anything about the lights or elevator. This could be a great option for staying just outside of Brussels with easy access to transportation, but with the elevators being ify and the lights in the parking area not working I will not stay here again.

Nécessité d’avoir un contact pour les urgences
Problème d’accès le soir et d’ouverture des casiers pour récupérer les chambres. Au final on a été contents mais c’est angoissant. Une dame avait sa carte démagnétisée …. Je ne sais pas comment elle a fait pour rentrer dans sa chambre…..

La douche fuyait beaucoup, ce qui n’était pas pratique. L’hôtel est aussi plus difficile d’accès que l’on pensait. Sinon superbe lieu, très bien équipé.

Nous avions demandé le studio 618 que nous connaissions, on nous a donné le 518, théoriquement le même un étage plus bas. Un retrait dans la façade (lequel n'existe pas au 618) rend l'accès au lit problématique et empêche de voir la télé ailleurs que du lit... C'est loin d'être optimal ! En outre, les ascenseurs et leurs sas d'accès aux niveaux bas étaient sales et les afficheurs d'étage non-fonctionnels.

The property is a student residence with some other guests. I stayed one night but had four fire alarms as they were trying to cook, I believe. The reception desk sent emails, and that made the check-in easy.

Oui c’est bien une résidence étudiante mais là chambre est digne d’un 4 étoiles ce qui est moins sympa c’est la quasi absence d’accueil et la nécessité de bien mémoriser plein de codes pour ne pas être la rue. De plus la résidence est quand même assez loin des campus et surtout la nuit c’est plus ou moins agréable de traverser des coins déserts.

Good location , close to the metro. 15 minute ride to city center. Has a grocery store on the bottom floor. Breakfast would be nice.
