最寄りのトラムからは近いです。 部屋の設備も悪くはありません。 朝食については、つけなくてもいいかなと思いました。 近くにスーパーがあります。 ブリュッセルからホテルに行くためにちょっと時間がかかりましたが、まずはキオスクでチケットを購入しないと電車とトラムに乗れません。 タクシーだと15ユーロ位で行ってくれます。 他の人が書いているかはわかりませんが、チェックインとチェックアウトは特にないです。 それとガウンも無いです。 次も利用したいと思う感じのこじんまりとしたB&Bです。

Meget serviceinnstilt personal. Skaffer det man ber om. Lett og god kommunikasjon via Expedia eller WhatsApp. Rent. Gode madrasser. Off. transport i nærheten. Flere spisesteder i nærheten. Rommene ligger i 2. etasje (fransk) = 3. etasje (norsk) uten heis - litt tungvint. Meget bra sted!

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Accommodated me very nicely. My room was very clean and comfortable and the location was easy to get around. A walkable, beautiful city. I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the staff so much.

Comfy and clean
Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos. We were on the 2nd floor and faced the main road. With the windows closed, there was minimal noise from outside. The hotel itself was very quiet. The location is quite good as it is outside of the main tourist areas but there is a bus only a 5 minute walk away which will take you to Brussels Centraal. We stayed here 2 nights at the start of our holiday and one night at the end.

Very comfortable stay.

No sound isolation, ok otherwise
Hotel location is good, staff was friendly but I only had interaction with them online (didn't meet a single person from staff during my stay, self-check-in and all), room was spacious and clean BUT a huge problem - there is absolutely no sound isolation, I could hear every word uttered by very loud room neighbours who were noisy throughout the night,and woke me up on three occasions and as there is no staff present, there is no way of complaining other than knocking on the wall, etc, not very nice nor efficient. Same with street noise, despite being on the last floor, I was regularly woken up by traffic, sirens, etc. Very uncomfortable situation, and especially disappointing as otherwise everything was perfectly fine.

Clean tidy accommodation
Clean and pleasant stay and comfortable bed. The entrance is a little hidden, but the entry codes worked perfectly. Very reasonably priced for a short stay

Great gem for a decent price!
Really good place, with great value for the money. I could check in at my convinience since dolrs were keycoded. Information about check-in received vi email and on whatsapp well in afvance! The manager was really nice and the breakfast was decent. The only thing I lacked in the was a shoehorn :)

Bon séjour.
L'hôtel est assez ancien et n'est pas équipé d'ascenseur et de climatisation. L'hôtel est cependant bien situé, proche du centre-ville. La chambre est confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel est très gentil.

Ik heb enkel 1 overnachting geboekt omdat ik 's morgens vroeg daar dicht in de buurt moest zijn. Dus heel veel faciliteiten heb ik niet gebruikt maar het is wel een aanrader. Mooie kamer, mooie en goed uitgeruste badkamer, tv. Ook heel netjes.

Séjour sans problème. Accès à l'hôtel et à la chambre par serrure codée. Pas de gel dans l'entrée. Chambre confortable. Excellent petit dejeuner servi dans le restaurant situé au rez de chaussée en dehors du B&B. Service très sympathique et à l'écoute. C'est notre deuxième séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Very Comfortable. I will stay there again.
Easy to find, clean and very comfortable room, good bathroom and shower with hairdryer, good sleep due to Cindy bed, 10 mins walk to Flagey square. Perfect for what I wanted. Affordable. Code for the door and room for was emailed so it was easy.

La struttura si presenta piacrvole, anche se piuttosto mal tenuta. Anche la colazione discreta, ma la saletta sporca, con grosse macchie in terra. La cosa peggiore e' stato pero' il forte cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno, risolto secondo loro con un po' di Wcnet e lasciando aperte le finestre sia di giorno che di notte. Pur essendo in una zona per me comoda, non ci tornero'.

Dear Titano31, Thank you very much for the time that you took for this comment. We understand your dissatisfaction. Please accept our sincere apologies. We had a problem with ventilation tubes in the ceiling of the bathrooms last weekend and had urgently to proceed to work on it with professionals during 2 days when our accommodation was full. This caused undeniable unpleasantness to our guests of 2 rooms. We tried to manage this urgency the best that we could. But we recognize that during these 2 days, we could not master all the details that we use to master normally to always offer the best standards of accommodation to our highly valuable guests. This is now solved so if you want to give us another chance, be sure that you will welcome. You will then certainly have a much better experience.
