Comfortable studio 10-15 min by metro to City Centre & university

This comfortable and convenient studio flat (30m²) is located on the 2nd floor (no lift/elevator) of a superb Belle Epoque town house in the much sought-after Montgomery neighbourhood, 2 metro stops away from Schuman station.

There are two parking spots for guests in front of the residence. You can park there for free (availability is not guaranteed though).

Eco-responsibility: We uses 100% renewable electricity and I plant trees to offset CO2 from gas heating. We use eco-friendly cleaning products.

The apartment is rented fully-furnished and ready to live with :

- Free unlimited high-speed Internet connection (Wi-Fi)
- Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video (subscription included), YouTube, etc. (please note that there are no traditional TV channels, except those available through their apps)
- Bedlinen and towels included
- Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and cooking utensils
- Body soap, shampoo and toilet paper are all included. There is also a hair-dryer.

Guests can use the washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner in the common area for free.

Note that there is no lift/elevator in the building.

Bonjour. Super séjour. Je recommande vraiment. L'appartement est très bien situé. Proche d'une station de métro et de tramway. Et direct en métro de la gare Bruxelles Midi. C'est la première fois que nous venons à Bruxelles et c'est très joli il y a pleins de choses à faire et à voir. Nous reviendrons très certainement avec plaisir !
