中心地から少し遠いけれど、綺麗で安い、良いホテルでした。シャワールームの匂いが少し気になりましたが、基本的には清潔で良かったです。

Booked a room for 3 people, the extra bed was defective so the third person had to basically sleep on the floor. Did not receive any compensation for that, which would be nice. We asked for an additional hour to check out (12 pm instead od 11 am), and the staff was not really helpful, this would be a great compensation for sleeping on a defective extra bed so very poor service. It is indicated on expedia that there is parking nearby which is not the case so beware of this if you are in need of parking.

The Room temperature was a bit cold as was the hotel design in general. You have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the Metro station " Comte de Flandre " from there you are just 2 stations away from the heart of Brussels. Very convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Big Up!

Mauvais séjour en toute objectivité
Points négatifs : - Lors de la réservation il est noté enregistrement à 14h, arrivée à presque 15h30 on me dit d’attendre 10 minutes car la chambre n’était pas prête. - Les fenêtres sont verrouillés par l’établissement et vous ne pouvez donc pas l’ouvrir. Personnellement je n’ai jamais vu ça dans un hôtel je me suis senti cloîtré dans une cellule pendant mon séjour. - Les murs et le plafond ne sont pas entièrement finis pratiquement une moitié de la chambre était en béton. - Le lit n'était pas grand mais superposition de deux lits simples, ce qui fait que j’ai mal dormi pendant mon séjour. - Le sèche cheveux n’était pas fonctionnel. Point positif: - Desservi par les transports. - La politesse du personnel (mais la gentillesse ne paie pas). Conclusion: au vu de ces points et du prix j’aurais pu prendre un hôtel en plein centre pour un petit supplément. J’en garde quand même un mauvais souvenir de cet hôtel.

Hotelværelserne ligner en p-kælder som er lavet om til værelser. Vægge, lofter og gulv er i beton. Der er ingen opvarmning på værelset foruden en håndklædetørrer på badeværelset og et centralistisk. Vinduet var utæt og centralsuget peb som en tinitus hele natten og kunne ikke slukkes.

Would stay here again
Excellent room. Good size double bed. Working TV. Lot of desk/cupboard space to let you unpack. Proper bathroom (not just a wet room) with good lighting. The concrete does seem to hold in the heat so the room fan was appreciated. Had an issue with my key at one point and reception resolved it immediately. Good location - straight line from the canal outside to the Grand Place made it very easy to find.

Peu mieux faire
Nous avions pris une chambre standard et on aurait clairement dit une prison. Les murs de la chambre sont en béton (non peint par dessus) aucune décoration rien. Même pas un lustre pour cacher l’ampoule. Nous étions de passage qu’une petite nuit donc ça va mais plusieurs jours aurait été compliqué. La literie était tout de même confortable et la douche plutôt grande. Le petit déjeuner cher pour le peu de choix.

Ich war alleine mit meinen Hunden dort. Die Umgebung war schrecklich. (Baustelle und Spielplatz) Daher war es sehr laut. Viele Obdachlose bei der Garage, die man extra zahlen musste. Das Zimmer selbst ist nur Beton und eher ungemütlich.

Walls in the room was horrifying. They were unpainted, you literally feel like you are in prison. Additionally, there is only a small fan to cool the room which is obviously not enough. Area of the hotel is not good even tho its location is almost great, interesting experience

Review of Hotel Belveu in Brussels: My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The lack of air conditioning made the hot weather unbearable. Additionally, the towels in my room had holes, indicating a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. To make matters worse, I was promised a refund for the inconveniences, but it was never fulfilled. Overall, my experience at Hotel Belveu was highly negative, and I cannot recommend it.

Doing last min booking, so may not have read the fine prints but this place has no AC. We were provided with one small fan for a family of 5. Had booked and paid for 5 for about $275, so not having AC was a huge issue as we had to open the door to the balcony and you can hear all traffic, police cars, motorcycle throughout the night. And it was still very hot as whole family didn’t sleep well Staff was nice but facility was poor excuse for not having AC, even if it’s to save the planet. Temp that day was high 80s

The place had no AC. The room had a very small window with not much light. The walls were from concrete. No wall cover such as plaster, paint or wall paper. The neighborhood was sketchy. No underground parking close by.
