148 King＆Princeへようこそ。この新しく改装されたホテルは、サウスヴィラの魅力的で歴史あるキングアンドプリンスリゾートにあり、メインオーシャンフロントプール、テニスコート、フィットネスセンター、ビジネスセンター、スパ。 この2ベッドルーム、2バスルームのコンドミニアムは、キングアンドプリンスリゾートサウスヴィラズビルディングの1階にあり、大西洋とセントに面しています。 サイモンズビーチ。 リビングルーム、キッチン、マスターベッドルームから息をtakingむようなオーシャンビューをお楽しみください。 すべての部屋に新しい家具、高品質のリネン、新しいテレビを提供しています。 花崗岩のカウンタートップと新しい電化製品、カスタムタイル、新しい洗面化粧台、備品を備えた完全に改装されたバスルームで上品に改造されたキッチン。 マスターバスには、ウォークインシャワー、ダブル洗面化粧台、大型クローゼットが備わっています。 両方のベッドルームは、清潔でクールな仕上げを提供する新しいトラバーチンタイルの床で更新されます。 マスターベッドルームにはキングベッド1台、ゲストベッドルームにはツインベッド2台、リビングルームにはクイーンサイズのマーフィーベッドがあり、大人2名様に最適です。 この1階の場所で一番いいのは、ビーチやプールに出入りするときに階段やエレベーターを上下に移動する必要がないことです-パティオのドアを一歩踏み込んでビーチに直行してください！

Wonderful Spring Getaway
What a great condo with a fabulous view, so close to the beach and easy access to the King and Prince. We had a great week here! Love the location and everything about the condo. It was very clean and well stocked and we had grant communication with the rental agency. Can’t wait to come back!!

We enjoyed our semi-annual visit to St Simons! Great weather with visits to shops in the village and our favorite eating places. Already planning a return trip in the early spring.

Wonderful villa/great location
Our family spent 3 wonderful days on St Simons. The villa was clean, comfortable and a perfect location for the beach and pool. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Management was very responsive the entire time we were there. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

The property was the perfect location! Loved having access to the resort pool and the smaller one by for the South Villas. Such easy access to the beach and So close! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend!

Great location!
Loved the access to the resort but also the comfortability of a condo. The first floor lawn was perfect for my toddler to run around and a quick walk to the beach. The mattress was very comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Location!
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The condo was so clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the location and the amenities that came along with it. Our favorite part was the short walk right out onto the beach from our patio door!
