Short Stay
Didn’t start well by the receptionist not being aware of a disabled toilet on the ground floor near the reception area. On one occasion an empty bottle was not cleared from our room. One sugar sachet was left on another day but 6 or 7 packets of creamer was left. Minor things but the room was over €1000 for three nights and 4 stars. The bar wqs nice and the hotel is in a good location.

Great hotel close to the historic centre. Room kept to an excellent standard and a good choice of food for breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would certainly recommend.

A beautiful small hotel with nice modern decor. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Very convenient and within a short walk from all beautiful Bruges has to offer. I cannot fault this hotel at all

Quaint place on the edge of old town.
Room was lovely with a shared balcony. Front desk was kind and helpful. I paid for breakfast because I had to leave early the next morning but if staying later I would’ve skipped it. They have a lovely bar that has a very cool atmosphere that should checked out.

Lovely hotel
Very nice stay as usual. Shame the bar was not open on 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed. We would like to see a more relaxed setting for relaxing out of the room. The lounge is a bit formal. However it’s a perfect base to explore the city.

The hotel is located in a central and pleasant part of Bruges. Our room was spacious, with a excellent shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was a continental breakfast buffet , and the food was good. Rooms were quiet. Air con worked well. Lift was compact.

Fantastic Long Weekend
Me and my wife stayed at the Flanders and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We think we might have got a free upgrade, that or the rooms are just massive. The pool was nice for a morning swim, terrace was nice for a drink. Staff were friendly. We didn’t opt for the breakfast but seemed fine from what we saw. We would stay here again.

The hotel was fine and clean. The location is not bad and you can get anywhere in Brugge very quickly. The staff overall were friendly and helpful. There were 3 things that make me rate the hotel merely ok.. 1) They claim they have internet access in all rooms. I had no access in my room. When I asked about it, the man at the desk told my it must be my laptop because nobody else complained. I pointed out that none of my devices had access and he mumbled something I could not understand. When I took my laptop to sit in the lounge and work, there were 5 other people sitting there because they did not have access either. 2) When I made the reservation on Expedia it said it included breakfast. When I checked in I was given the option to add breakfast for an extra 20 Euro. I mentioned it was included and was told they never include breakfast in the room rate. When I showed my booking to the lady checking me in I was told that they do not post to Expedia and have no control what Expedia showed. 3) The water flow in the shower was erratic to say the least. Without changing the faucet setting, it would change for cold to hot and bag again with no warning and the the flow would slow to a drip before picking up again but I would never call the stream of water strong at all. To add insult to injury, this was by far the most expensive room I have ever stayed in.

Accueil très agréable..Petit déjeuner sympa… le personnel de chambre n’effectue pas son travail…une chaise du balcon avait des toiles d’araignée. Mon cendrier sur la terrasse non vide ainsi que la poubelle de la salle de bain. C’est dommage car nous avons aimé cet hôtel bien placé

Oké hotel
Hotel ligt op een prima locatie en is goed bereikbaar. Ook de omgeving is prima met een aantal leuke restaurantjes. Het centrum is gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. De kamer is redelijk basic en oogt toch iets gedateerd. Daarnaast was deze gehorig. Houd daar rekening mee. Badkamer prima, netjes en schoon. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, dus geen oordeel. Parkeerplaats reserveren is aan te raden als je met de auto bent. Ze hebben beperkte capaciteit. Service uitstekend. Per abuis verkeerde datum geboekt. Het personeel was zo vriendelijk om dit om te zetten. Al met al een oke hotel. Of het echt de vier sterren waard is? Ik zou eerder 3-3,5* zeggen.
