Partie commune et individuelle propre. Peut-être a eviter si vous cherchez du calme puisque nous avons eu le droit à un solo de piano à une heure plutôt tardive. Cependant, tout est mis en oeuvre pour passer un bon sejour (equipements, proximités, confort).

Habitación tranquila a 10´andando del centro de Brujas. El único inconveniente fue que durante la noche pasamos bastante frío. Anfitrión muy agradable y nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la salida de nuestro bus. Volveríamos a repetir.

We foresee the bedroom of extra woolen sleeves as beat the outside low temperature of 1 degree by a well insulated house.The climate in every single room is kept stable round 16degree.A new air circulation heat pump system will be installed this week of leveling the temperature as moisture at the groundfloor.We focus always enhancing the house condition further and further.

On first impressions the property seemed ok but on further inspection it was dirty and strange in the way it was managed. We would not return to this property as security is a big issue.

We do our best to deliver a comfortable sleep into well organised house. Sometimes some feedback upon stay is welcome of completing so flaw on the way.. Leaving house and after granting a critical review is considered as stabbing a arrow into back. false

En la habitación apenas había luz. El primer día tuvimos que cenar a oscuras. No se permitía andar con calzado por la casa ni estar en la ducha más de dos minutos. En la habitación hacia frío y no había radiador. Era una buardilla sin persianas ni armario. El cierre de la habitación por dentro era lamentable y por fuera no se podía cerrar. La puerta de la habitación no tenía pomo.

These commentary isn't correct. Our house is heated into evening as whell insulated. When guests overlook of eating the body cools down and as such heating is even worse for the human body. Lighting is used subtle into the house as room of stimulating sleep. Our guests have slept whell and seemingly dare to bring negative feedback behind my back. Overlooking direct communication leads tot misconception. sorry buy as such can't help unfair greetings Johannes be houae

Recommended for an easy stay, close to town.
Johannes was welcoming, his house was easy to find, and it’s in a very convenient location. I took my 12 year old daughter for a one night stay. We loved the room we stayed in, and we enjoyed Johannes! He’s a good friend. Everything about our stay was easy. Perfect!

No lock on the front door - anyone can pull the latch from the outside to open. No locks on the rooms. The bedding was used and not clean. Ended up with insect bites after two nights there. The booking was cheap so I wasn’t expecting anything great, but I don’t think anyone should expect to have to stay in these conditions.

There was no toiletpaper in the bathroom.One of the towels what we get, was the smallest towel in the world. but the main problem is: there was no toilet seat on the toilet. Imagine that.

The house is very dirty and poorly maintained. There are no basic services, not even toilet paper. Many words and few facts. Open mind ok but don't overdo it!

Generally all services are regularly done as maintaining cleaniness. When people begin to overuse toilet paprr, then toilet paper runs out Sorry it seemed to hard of communicating openly uppon stay over WhatsApp. As mentioned.

La porta d'ingresso della struttura non dispone di una chiave, ma chiunque puo accedere dalla strada tirando una semplice cordicella che apre il portone. Le camere da letto non hanno una serratura. Il bagno era molto sporco.

Not a hotel
This "hotel" is inside the home of a local guy and there are lots of unclear things in the arrangement. Make sure that you download WhatsApp beforehand, otherwise it's not possible to check in or to communicate with the host. He was a bit rude, bragging about how succesful he is and then saying "now it's time for you to go to bed cause I have to rest", after he had talked continuously about his life for 15 minutes with me listening (just wanting to be polite). There is no place to lock in valuables and the door out to the street is unlocked so I didn't want to stay in town too long at night in case someone would steal my computer from the room. In the bathroom it says "don't spill water on the floor", but there is no proper shower curtain there to block the water from falling out. The location of the house is pretty good and I don't really mind sleeping on a mattress, but overall this was a bad experience. It's not a hotel!

Это был ужасный ужас. Мы подошли к отелю поздно вечером, около 23:00. Заселение было до 22:00, но у нас опоздал автобус, и не проучилось прийти вовремя. Мы вошли внутрь. Было темно, горела одна лампочка. Постояли минут 5, никого нигде не было. Потом мы услышали, что кто-то вошёл. Это оказался хозяин. Он был агрессивно настроен, потому что мы опоздали и говорили на непонятном ему языке. Начал нам что-то говорить. Я понимала не все, потому что не владею английским в совершенстве. Он злился. Сказал нам положить деньги за проживание в коробку на столе и объяснил, где наша комната. Потом начал агрессивно говорить что-то ещё. Минут через 5 это закончилось, он пошёл наверх, громко топая и сильно ударив дверью. Нам было мягко говоря страшно. Мы забрали свои деньги и постарались как можно быстрее уйти из этого ужасного места.

Be house non puo' essere definita una casa, il termine comune" gli si addice meglio!l L' edificio e' molto sporco, le coperte erano luride con varie macchie indecifrabili con peli di cane e capelli e il pavimento pieno di polvere accumulata chissa' da quanti anni. Ho cercato attrezzi per pulire, ma invano! mi sono ritrovata a non avere neanche un cestino o una busta in camera per la spazzatura! Il bagno (lercio anch'esso) e' sprovvisto anke del solo sapone per le mani e la doccia dura 1 minuto!!!!! La colazione al contrario di quanto scritto non e' contemplata ma non ci avrei mangiato neanche gratis. La porta della struttura si apre da fuori tirando una cordicina ( le istruzioni sono fuori la struttura) quindi chiunque puo' accedervi. La porta della camera da fuori non si chiude e quando siamo uscite qualcuno e' anche entrato in camera ( le coperte erano messe in una posizione diversa da come le avevamo lasciate. Io sono una persona che si adatta a tutto, infatti avevo prenotato una stanza consapevole di dover dormire su un materasso senza rete ma non avrei mai immaginato di dover passare una notte nel lerciume assoluto, ovviamente non ho dormito ed non ho posato la mia pelle su quelle lenzuola!L'economicita non giustifica l'orrore generale!

Io sono una persona che si adatta a tutto, infatti avevo prenotato una stanza consapevole di dover dormire su un materasso senza rete ma non avrei mai immaginato di dover passare una notte nel lerciume assoluto, ovviamente non ho dormito ed non ho posato la mia pelle su quelle lenzuola! L'economicita' del soggiorno non giustifica assolutamente il lerciume generale!

El sistema de acomodación es muy diferente a otros lugares, realmente tienes que tener una mente "abierta" para no sacarte de onda. Es imposible e incómodo bañarse en 2 minutos, el dueño vive en la casa y hace ruidos extraños en la noche casi madrugada y en la mañana muy temprano. Carece de limpieza y te pide que mantengas el baño "seco" cuando ni siquiera hay toallas o algo con que secar el piso después de tu baño super exprés. El primer día el dueño fue muy atento pero el segundo tuvo un comportamiento raro así que leímos los comentarios de los pasados huéspedes y nos paniqueamos pensando que pudiera invadir nuestra habitación como otros lo mencionaron. Así que lean los comentarios para que se den una idea de cómo es realmente y tomen la decisión de quedarse ahí o no. El primer día tuvimos calefacción pero el segundo ya no :/. Es muy barato pero a veces más vale estar cómodo y seguro pagando un poco más. El internet muy bueno y la ubicación.

Capisco che il prezzo sia ottimo e che ciò giustifichi l'aspetto spartano dell'alloggio, questo però non deve assolutamente giustificare il completo disordine, l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre (pignoni messi come ostacolo sui davanzali interni) con relativo cattivo odore di chiuso in tutta la casa e profonda sporcizia ovunque (tovaglia sul tavolo di ingresso peggio di uno zerbino, cucina indecente, bagno con rigagnoli neri di sporcizia e piani appiccicosi, senza carta igenica e prodotti per lavarsi, asciugamani forniti indecenti, camera piena di polvere, con capelli al suolo, lenzuola lercie). Colazione non fornita, a differenza dell'annuncio sul sito. DA EVITARE NEL MODO PIU' ASSOLUTO!!!

Es ist irreführend und unfair, ein obskures WG Modell (ohne Aufenthaltsraum, mit Matratze auf dem Boden, in einem fast leeren, ungemuetlichen Zimmer) als Hotel zu bewerben!!!!!! Ich war so enttäuscht! Kein Frühstück, weniger Komfort als in einer Jugendherberge, keine Kommunikation - und der Gipfel:: von außen nicht abschließbare Gästezimmer! LG, Robin

We do Not recommend
This accomodation is just a guys house in the centre of Bruges, not a Hotel, b&b or anything comparable. The rooms are very simple, just like in the photos. BUT the bed sheets were not changed so there was someone elses Hair in My bed. furthermore the bath was untidy as well and there was a shower limit of two minutes. The worst thing though was that you are not able to lock your room. Since the front door wasn't locked either anyone could have just gotten in the house and in your room. All in all this is not a nice place to stay for vacation - it is more like a flat/ house sharing accommodation!

Quand nous sommes arrivés, notre hôte nous a fait remarquer qu'il était inutile de sonner mais il fallait rentrer en tirant sur une languette. Aucun plan de la ville nous a été remis. La douche était entartrée et laissait à désirer (sale). Pas de café, ni de petit déjeuner. Pratiquement aucun contact avec le maître de maison. Je déconseille cette chambre d'hôtes. Pas digne du prix payé.

Although the rooms look like on the picture, we had an awful experience with the owner. His emails were very strange when replied, also responded to things we did not ask, they were clearly copy pasting from some general info of the guest house. There was no explanation of which room is ours, did not understand why we don't even get a key to anything, basically the flat turned out that anyone from the streets could go in an out as they wish. When we arrived, the guy was laying in his part of the apartment downstairs in underwear!!!! Didn't even bother to get out of his "bed" to welcome us or direct us to our room, made us feel very uncomfortable. If you want something cheap, feel free to stay here, but if you want to be comfortable on your trip to this beautiful city me and my friend would definitely suggest elsewhere! Showers are also limited to a 2 minute use! Room was full of mosquitos and the floors were so squeaky as well not possible to sleep.
