Nestled in Cason Cove you will find this 4 bed, 3 bath lakeside home. This home features large windows overlooking Lake Brownwood and is yards away from the water and dock. Plenty of room for family and friends, this home has a large kitchen, family room, and en suite bathroom in the master bedroom. Outside you’ll find a spacious porch for you to enjoy.

**The dock is a shared space for all three houses on the property. If you need exclusive access to the boat slip, please contact us directly.**

Baseball Tournament Weekend
We came to Brownwood for a baseball tournament but wanted the boys to be able to fish. Five families stayed in two of the properties and had a great time! The houses were perfect and the dock was amazing. We would love to come back!

Lake House at Cason Cove
Our stay was very good. The only problem we had was finding the correct house. We did not see the address 141 Cove Circle. We had to stop. And ask at one of the residences on the road if they knew where the picture of the house on the web site might be. And the address was not included in any contact with VRBO or the owner. It is behind two other residences and the photo on the web site is from the lake side not visible from the road.

Great location!
The house has plenty of room to spread out. The lake is low but we still caught fish by casting further out. Very relaxing. Enjoyed chatting with the friendly neighbor and her sweet dog, Junie. We would definitely return! Only downfall was that 2 other homes are on the same lot and we had a few unruly tweens running around in our backyard space while we were enjoying the firepit. But overall, a great experience and a very relaxing weekend!!
