「This was our second year at this house and it was once again fantastic. We had one minor issue that was out of Jim’s control, but he solved it the next morning after I reported it to him in a Sunday afternoon. I already have next year booked and can’t wait to return to Lake Eden!」

「Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 」

「A buddy and I needed a place to stay for a weekend of mountain biking with a big group of friends. The location is perfect. Maybe ten minutes from Darling Hill where everyone meets to ride and less than ten minutes from town. There is a trail head on the same dirt road that the property is on, but we didn’t have the opportunity to check that trail out. The house is perfectly set up for a couple of mountain bikers. 「Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

「The property is similar to staying in a suite at a hotel (with a full kitchen). It’s a studio style apartment. We knew it would likely be cramped for our family of 4, but we each had a place to rest our heads which is all we really needed for a few days skiing up at Jay. Everything was clean, Caitlyn was proactive and responsive. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. We will definitely look for this property for trips to Jay in the future! 」
