「Excellent location and all amenities」

「Had a good weekend staying here. House was clean and stocked with necessities. Abby was very quick with communication. We had 6 in our party. Sleeping space was good. Hang out space was a little small for 6 to sit comfortably.」

Kitchen well stocked with ample plates, pots utensils etc Loved the large quantities of towels, pillows, hangers and toiletriesFelt like an actual home. 3 1/2 bathrooms was wonderful for all of us and space. Location perfect for all vacation amenities.」

「Property is perfectly setup for a group outing both inside and out. There is privacy for all with bedrooms and bathrooms and multi-floor setup. All the amenities you can hope for when on vacation to have some fun - fire pit, hot tub, comfy and large deck space, indoor game room. The lower level kitchen was a bonus and very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!」

「The place is perfect for what we need when we go there. The hot tub, sauna and outdoor area is great. The inside is very nice as well. Water pressure is awesome. There are only 2 drawbacks to the entire property etc. The first is the mattress in the master bedroom is a bit to be desired and secondly, when you book the house realize that although it says “pet friendly “ there is an approval process and possible fee for your dog. 「We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

「Nice clean place, the location is fantastic! The only down side was only the bottom level of the home has AC and those are the bedrooms and the bathroom. Upstairs, even with the windows open on that odd 90 degree day that we had it was very hot. So just keep that in mind if the heat does bother you. Otherwise it was great!」
