"I’m not seeing a value in my bookings through Expedia! This is 2 in a row where the price doesn’t relate to the value. Breakfast was a disappointment, pool & spa were dirty. Issue with water working well in room. "

"Upon arrival, we noticed some questionable individuals around the area. There weren’t any soaps or lotions in the bathroom and hair in the shower. Other than that it was a pretty decent stay. "

"Really enjoyed my stay. The kasa team was wonderful, the room was well maintained, the view was beautiful, and the valet staff was super prompt. The only recommendation would be to add more beach chairs and maybe upgrade the current ones. Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable!"

"The property is clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was helpful and good. But the staff at the front desk and the restaurant ‘Kester’ was very unfriendly. They didn’t know anything you ask them. I was charged etc on the bill from the restaurant which I didn’t buy. No one cared to resolve the matter. Never going there again."
