「This is one of the nicest rentals we've ever had. It's a lovely, well-furnished house with terrific lake views and an inviting wrap-around porch for relaxing after a long day of hiking. It's a terrific bargain if you want to explore the Bar Harbor area but don't want to pay Bar Harbor rates for lodging. There is no stove/oven, but we were able to cook breakfast and dinner using hot plates/electric frying pans - plus there is a huge outdoor grill. We're planning on coming back with our adult kids...

「Barbara and Les have a beautiful property that they graciously share with renters and pets alike. We enjoyed every part of our stay - from accomodations and location- to wildlife and wonderful conversations! We enjoyed seeing all the animals of the estuary- birds, seals, otters and more!My husband enjoyed fishing, while the pups and I enjoyed the dock! They are well appointed for water sports with many kayaks to choose from as well! This property is a true gem! Any place we can visit and have...

「The property was wonderful. We had a campfire…so much fun. The house was well equipped and Michelle got back to me when I had questions. The jetted tub was a huge hit with my grandkids. We knew ahead of time that the pool was set at 82 degrees. My family would have used it more if the water was warmer. We would have been willing to pay more for a warmer pool. We were very happy with this rental! Thanks Michelle!!!」

「It was a great location for our multi-generational family vacation-- a short car ride to the Hull Cove Visitor Center in Acadia National Park. The street was a quiet private road. 「We absolutely loved our stay at the Steamboat Wharf cabins. The place was adorable, cozy, clean and perfectly set up for a couple, with homey touches including basic kitchenette supplies, coffee, tea, creamer, dish ware, utensils and even a water filter pitcher. Tyler was a gracious host who was friendly and easy to communicate with; he and his family live on the property, and we were pleasantly surprised when he greeted us upon our arrival.
