We live in a neighboring town to Broken Bow and are happy to come to the cabin in person if needed!
Our beautiful oasis is ideally situated just outside the Broken Bow city limits, and about 5 miles south of Hochatown and 259A. Nestled in a serene, wooded area, the cabin offers quick and easy access to many of the region’s top attractions, outdoor adventures, and scenic spots. You’ll also be just a short drive from Downtown Broken Bow, where you’ll find local restaurants, shops, and conveniences. Whether you’re planning a day of hiking, heading out on the lake, or simply need to make a quick grocery run or stop by Walmart, everything you need is just minutes away.
Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay. Please note that there is a locked owner’s closet located under the staircase, which is not accessible to guests.
The cabin offers free on-site parking, including space for boat parking. We kindly ask that you park in front of the white fence and on the left side of the pool. Please also be respectful of neighboring properties—do not park in or pull through any surrounding driveways when entering or exiting.

Welcome to The Equestrian Oasis — Located just outside of the city limits of Broken Bow and approx. 5 miles south of Hochatown and the first 259A entrance. Our home is a thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 3-bath modern luxury cabin that blends rustic charm with upscale comfort.
With soaring wood-paneled ceilings, a striking rock fireplace, and an open-concept layout, the space feels warm, spacious, and inviting. Nestled in a peaceful forest setting, this pet-friendly retreat is perfect for couples, families, and small groups looking to relax and reconnect.

Our cabin comfortably sleeps guests across four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. Please review the layout below to ensure it’s a great fit for your group.
DOWNSTAIRS:
• Two king bedrooms
• One king bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom
• One king bedroom has access to a full bathroom with shared access to the hallway
UPSTAIRS:
• Bunk bedroom located in the loft
• The loft has doors that can be closed, creating a private bunk room
• The bunk room includes its own closet and storage
• One king bedroom upstairs
• Access to the upstairs king bedroom is through the bunk room

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
*We ask that guest please pay attention to our location. Our exact location is given. We are just outside the city limit of Broken Bow and about 5.5 miles south of the southern end of Hochatown and the first 259A entrance.*
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS 📄
• A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required from the primary booking guest within 48 hrs. of booking confirmation.
SECURITY CAMERAS 📷
• Exterior security cameras are located at the doorbell, front porch, back porch, and pool area
• Cameras are outdoor only and never inside the home
• Cameras are used strictly for security purposes
• Tampering with cameras may result in immediate cancellation
PET POLICY 🐾
• Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome
• Pets must be disclosed during booking
• $50 pet fee per pet, per stay ( 2 max)
• Pets must be kept off furniture and bed and must be crated when left unattended in the home.
FIREPLACES 🔥
• Indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces are available seasonally from October through April
• Fireplaces are turned off May 1 through September 30
POOL HEATING & CHILLING 💦 March - November (Please read carefully)
**Pool heating is an optional add on and is NOT included in the reservation.
• Recently upgraded to a gas heater.
• Pool heating fee is $200 per day and must be on during entire stay. We do not turn it on and off throughout the stay. ** We are aware that pool heating fees vary for our area. Please keep in mind that pool sizes and depths also vary. Some pools also use electric heaters vs propane.
• Pool heating must be requested and paid in full at least 72 hours in advance
• The pool heater will not be activated until payment is received
• Pool heating is not available when overnight outdoor temperatures fall below 45°F. Heater becomes less effective. No exceptions!
• Pool heating is weather dependent and not guaranteed.
• Pool Heating will NOT make the pool feel like a hot tub. We heat our pool to 85-87 degrees max. For reference, a hot tub is 95-104 degrees.
WI-FI 📶
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided through a local rural provider
• Occasional outages may occur due to the wooded location
• Refunds are not provided for Wi-Fi interruptions
PEST CONTROL & NATURE 🐜
• The cabin is professionally treated for pests
• Due to the forest setting, occasional insects or critters may be encountered
• Flying ants may appear briefly after warm rains in spring or summer
• Bug spray is recommended when exploring nearby woods
WILDLIFE 🦌
• Guests may see deer, raccoons, squirrels, armadillos, birds, or other native wildlife
• Secure all trash and food items
• Avoid leaving food outdoors overnight
GUEST ACCESS & PARKING 🚗
• Guests have full access to the home and property
• A locked owner’s closet under the staircase is not accessible
• Free on-site parking is available, including boat parking
• Please Park in front the home, in front of the white fence and to the left of the pool (When parking in front of the home, please watch for trees when backing out)
• Do not park in or drive through neighboring properties
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• All bedding, including pillows, is thoroughly sanitized between each stay ✨
• This is a strictly non-smoking property 🚭
• We do have neighboring homes
Our cabin is conveniently located just outside of Broken Bow and is easily accessible from both Highway 259 and Sweet Home Road. While tucked away in a peaceful, wooded area, you’re still just a short drive from all the attractions, restaurants, and shops in Hochatown. Detailed directions will be provided after booking.
Your comfort and well-being are our top priority. We take cleanliness seriously, and all bedding—including pillows—is thoroughly sanitized between each guest stay for your peace of mind.
