From the welcoming bear at the front door to the colorful bird houses in the trees off the back deck, Family Time offers the perfect setting for gathering with family and friends. This luxury 5 bedroom 3 bath cabin is located in the heart of Hochatown in the Kaniatobe Trails South area near Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend Resort Park. You’ll be close to all area attractions and within easy walking distance of popular restaurants and hangouts – Grateful Head Pizza, Blue Rooster, Girls Gone Wine, Abendigos and more!

But you may not want to leave the cabin! Family Time has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living room area open to each other making it easy for guests to gather and fellowship whether relaxing on the sofas or preparing dinner for the family. Plus it’s all on one level with no stairs to climb, inside or out.
Sleeping arrangements for Family Time include 5 King bedrooms. The cabin has 3 Full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with double sinks and a walk-in tile shower. Two King bedrooms located on the east side of the cabin share a bath. Two King bedrooms located on the west side of the cabin also share a bath.

The kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator and electric range. Family Time has beautiful custom alder cabinetry and rich granite countertops. You'll find all the (fiesta) dinnerware, cookware, flatware and glassware you need to prepare and serve a meal for your family. Every gadget and tool needed to create a chef’s masterpiece can be found in this well-appointed kitchen. Family Time even has a Kitchenaid stand mixer for those who really like to cook!

The living room area of Family Time has plush leather sofas perfect for watching TV with (DirecTV programming) on the large flat screen or enjoying the convenient gas fireplace. The cabin is also equipped with Sonos surround sound. All you need to do is download the Sonos app and you can play your own music. There are also flat screen TV's and DVD players in each of the bedrooms.

When you venture outside, you'll find a large, relaxing hot tub seating 6 or 7 guests and located under the covered porch. The cabin has a gas grill perfect for the grilling master of your group to test their skills. Get the family together for a horseshoe tossing tournament or ladderball! There is plenty of seating outdoors for guests both on the porches and deck – a front porch swing, back porch rocking chairs, picnic tables and bistro tables, not to mention ample seating around the firepit area adjacent to the cabin. (Firepit firewood not provided but is offered for sale, delivered to the cabin prior to your arrival.) Family Time also has a large playground area with a playfort, monkey bars, and sandbox. The deer feeder draws deer, birds and other critters for your watching pleasure. Entertainment is provided for all ages!!

For those who want to stay connected, Family Time offers FREE WIFI to guests. Note: WIFI in the Hochatown/Broken Bow Lake area is not always reliable.

maximum 12 guests (adults, children & infants), with additional bedding to be provided by guests.
Exceeding maximum occupancy regardless of age of guests will result in additional charges and possible cancellation. OVERCROWDING OF CABIN IS NOT ALLOWED.

Everything it said

I have to tell you; this property was everything it said it was. I was clean, spectacular view, including the deer we seen every morning. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Even though we didn't need much the property manager was quick to respond to the couple of questions we did. Would highly recommend this cabin.

Great little cabin!

Stayed here to celebrate my birthday with my wife and some friends. Cabin was absolutely perfect, we loved the atmosphere and location. Cabin was clean, and the layout was perfect for our group. Only issue I would say was the roads getting to the cabin, which is more than likely outside the owners control. They are pretty horrible, was lucky that everyone who attended drove trucks otherwise would have been a rough ride! Will book again next year!

Large family Christmas get away

The attention to detail that was not expected for our Christmas celebration. Every little decoration in every area of the cabin and a beautiful Christmas tree to top it off! None of this was expected but greatly appreciated and enjoyed by all. The amenities were a hit and used much while every space inside was large enough for our crew. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty big for meals. Thank you for making our time together so memorable and ‘Family Time’ will not be soon forgotten.

Great experience and environment. I just want to let you know that some kitchen utensils were not well clean as well as the mirror on the master bathroom. There is a sock in one of the hunting night stand room that someone else forgot! My advise is to make decoration more simple due there is very few available area on tables for guests stuff.

A great family time

Overall we had a great time at the Family Time Cabin. All went well and the cabin was very nice. The only thing we were very disappointed with was the road getting to and from the cabin. It’s a shame that the County can’t do better with the roads. The black top is in very poor condition. Rocks should be place in the pot holes. That would help a lot.

Family time cabin

We have rented many properties with Vrbo. Most boasting of a well equipped kitchen only to find it lacking. But this property was spot on. We cooked all our meals and had plenty of pots pans dishes, etc. plenty of space and amenities. The kids liked the swing set, horse shoes, and bag toss. The water guns were a big surprise for us all. Decor was beautifully laid out for fall without any scary elements. Quiet neighborhood during the week. The weekend got a bit noisy but settled down around 10-11pm. As others expressed the road to the cabin had some large pot holes. We planned accordingly with our vehicles and had no problem. We enjoyed our vacation very much.

Amazing time celebrating multiple events.

We took the trip in for my oldest daughter to celebrate her graduating college and high school with family and some friends. We also celebrated a couple birthdays while there for some of the adults that came while we were all together as some of the friends were in from FL at their own rented cabin around the corner. The cabin has a great floor layout with it being open from living room to kitchen with the bedrooms off the open area. Outside area is absolutely perfect and tons of room, and the fire pit is a perfect setup. They had a s’mores kit already set up in the kitchen, and plenty of marshmallow roasting skewers at the fire pit area. All rooms were comfortable and water had great pressure. There is a lot of cabinets, but they are all full of stuff… no where to really put the stuff you bring with so would be nice to have one big one empty so you can keep counters clear… not a big deal in the grand scheme of it all. Only real big complaint is like others mentioned, the road is horrible and one of the major potholes is almost impossible for a car to get through; my daughters car bottomed out a couple times. I know this isn’t their control, but hopefully they can get those that do fix it to fix it considering the cost to rent any of the cabins off the road. The area is amazing and there is enough to do for weeks along with just hanging out around the place. Everyone had an absolutely blast and plan to be back for another ‘Family Time’ get away.

Great Family Cabin

Love the area around Hochatown. Lot of things to do. The home is excellent for large groups with plenty of room. Outdoor area was great for the grandkids and great grandkids.

Family Getaway

The cabin had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. If you forgot something, it was probably there. We really enjoyed the fire pit every night. The proximity to the lake and other activities is excellent. There was an issue with the HVAC unit. Someone was there quickly to check on it and stayed until after 11:00 pm to ensure it was working correctly. We would be happy to use this property again.

Perfect for multiple families

The house was just perfect for us and our kids’ families. We like having a one story home with easy access to bedrooms, kitchen and living area with small children. It had lots of games, well stocked kitchen and a playground area that was well used. We love our Hochatown vacations!

Shelley’s Annual Broken Bow Trip

We had a fantastic time. The cabin is just as described, very well equipped, and fit our group of nine perfectly. The only negative to the whole experience was the road to the house is perhaps the worst road I’ve driven on ever. The property is worth though!

Very peaceful

Plenty of room and space for everybody, great gathering area in the kitchen and living room. Nice outdoors. Plenty of activities for the kids. And deer greeted me in the front and backyard most mornings when I was drinking my coffee.

Cousins trip

This cabin was perfect for our girl cousins trip! We each had our own bedroom and private or shared bath on the ground floor adjacent to the great room. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions, and we enjoyed morning coffee on the back sunroom next to the patio with a beautiful view. Will definitely return and request this cabin specifically!!

Family Yearly Trip

My family that consists of 12 total stayed at the Family Time cabin and it was more than expected! Everyone had a room, all utensil & kitchenware available, tons of household appliances all in good working condition and so much more! Will definitely would love to stay again!
