It was exactly as advertised, only issues we had was the gavel roads with the very deep ruts, and wifi was spotty but if it wasn't for the road it would have been dang near perfect! The cabin itself was super clean, and super welcoming on top of being affordable and super close to everything!
The Tiny Town Cabin was very cute. It was great for a last minute baseball tournament. It was very small so not ideal for any big family but perfect a small family. The stairs are more like a ladder and can be dangerous if not paying attention. The pull out couch needs a new mattress as it is very thin. Overall this place was great and in a great location of Hochatown. We would stay here again.
Everything the property listing states is accurate. Perfect location, perfect size, and the tiny home community is great for families. I will say the stairs in the house to the loft are a bit steep so be mindful if you have young kids or older adults that may struggle. It was perfect for our little family, however. There were a few hiccups with extra bedding for the pull out couch and a lock issue, but the property manager was quick to respond and help fix the issues. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Beautiful place.
Cabin is very nice, not made for tall people.
TV was horrible.
We had to go buy toilet paper but I feel that was who is cleaning the house not host. (We did not try and contact anyone).
Location is nice, very close to Beaver Bend State park and winery. Check-in was a small issue but fixed quickly.
We recently spent a night in this charming tiny home and had a lovely, wallet-friendly getaway. The cabin’s secluded setting—nestled in the trees—felt wonderfully private, and the outdoor fire pit made for a perfect evening under the stars (just a heads-up: a bit of yard trimming would make it even more inviting). Inside, the space was adorable and thoughtfully laid out for two and enough space for your best pup! While we did spot a few ants on the counter upon arrival, it didn’t dampen our spirits. In the morning, a mild odor from the restroom pipes floated in, but fresh morning air through the open windows cleared it right up. All in all, a delightful mini-retreat—I’m happy to say we enjoyed our Tiny Home!
The cabin was exceptionally maintained, had every needed amenity, and, and the owners were great staying in contact and passing on any information we needed in a very timely and professional manner. We have stayed in many places in Broken Bow but we’ve found our favorite. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK Thank you Tommy & Katie for providing such a perfect get-a-way spot!!!
I had to work in broken bow and decided to make a little trip out of it with my wife. The renting process was very easy just had one little hiccup getting into the cabin but the host was very professional and quick to get that issue resolved. Quite a few ants on the counters but other than that was overall pleased!
