"Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts."

"Great location and value. Hotel is in an older building but the room was clean, comfortable, spacious, with plenty of windows. Breakfast was excellent and bar and staff were great. I recommend the 'all inclusive' rate as the minor extra cost provided two cocktails and full breakfast for each guest."

"This hotel was perfect for 4 days in Chicago to explore. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions. The included breakfast was an added bonus and the rooftop bar was great! Staff here were always so pleasant and helpful being quick to take your bags, press the button for the elevator and helping with checking in quickly and using the express checkout; never did we have to wait or ask for assistance. The room was perfect (clean, spacious) and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others."
