"Hi Navpreet,My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very tidy, spacious and comfortable. All necessary bathroom and kitchen equipment and facilities was adequate for what we needed. Location was also perfect for everything we needed too. The only thing that lacked was heating equipment or an easier access to be able to heat the unit. However blankets were provided which made it a very comfortable sleep and stay. We particularly appreciated the provided small bottle of milk (rather than those horrid little plastic things with nothing much in them), along with plunger coffee and a good heat pump; we'll be back."

"Overall, it was an amazing stay at Taupo DeBretts. We come here every year and always enjoy our stay. The only thing I would say is that the reception staff could be much better. They were quite rude and not very welcoming or friendly. There were no smiles or warm greetings, and their communication came across as very blunt. It was disappointing, especially considering how lovely the overall stay was."
