Really nice hotel and an amazing breakfast that had everything you could wish for and more. We had a good stay and the staff was very friendly. The air-conditioning didn't work in our room so they gave us another one. Much appreciated!

Great stay

Pretty good all in all. As you would expect situated across from a huge conference centre, this hotel is busy and fast moving. Occasionally noisy but most guests are on business so respectful. Breakfasts were good, very diverse. Nice coffee bar in the breakfast gall at no extra cost. Nice bar. The only thing I would suggest would be to replace a couple of machines in the gym and to include some comfort/simple food items on the menu. The menu was fancy but sometimes at a hotel you're tired and you just fancy something simple like a salad and bread or a bowl of french fries or a cheeseboard or something. They like their meat in Czech Republic so there were two meat free items on the menu, one included chorizo so I'm not sure they fully comprehend what it means to be meatless (!)

Overall very good

I was given a twin room when I asked for a double, but after a call down to the reception a cleaner came up and converted the beds, which I’ve not seen before but it was fine. The rooms are quite big, so much so it feels quite bare. There’s a table and chair but would have liked a desk. There was an armchair which was half broken but I didn’t mind. Bathrooms are nice. Tv was good, just connected my YouTube up and I was grand. The window opened up fully which made me feel funny as I was on the 6th floor. The hallways had this perfume sprayed in which smelt very strange but none went in the room. The restaurant was excellent, the food was great, be aware it’s also very expensive, especially compared to the rest of the city. Staff were generally excellent too. The gym was more than acceptable. Breakfast was pretty good as well.
