The location of the hotel is very central and easily accessible and well connected. The rooms were nicely sized, clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and we had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast buffet was great, there's an egg station where they prepare your eggs how you want them, and all other options were of a nice variety and good quality.

The room was very clean, in excellent condition, beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive. Nice breakfast buffet, including freshly prepared foods.

Very central location, yet quiet. Under the hill of Spilberg castle. Standard room and lovely surprisingly wide range of choices breakfast including hash browns ❤️ and a freshly cooked omelette. Also the breakfast area is in a large space with floor to ceiling windows, so well lit etc, really liked that part of the hotel. Oh and vegan corner during a breakfast - nice touch, GF would loved that if she was with us. I'd certainly be back, really good value.

Stayed here for 3 nights in January. The hotel has an excellent location in the Old Town; walkable to most of the key sights. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The lobby and bar area in the hotel was great and the bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. Reception staff were also very pleasant apart from one who seemed to work the evening shift - she was unwelcoming and unfriendly. The airport is about 15-20 minutes away (Brno-Tuřany). Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time in this hotel. Good and safe parking option / garage. Hotel staff friendly and helpful as always. Breakfast is amazing with many options, including lactose free products, like the cake selection. Recommend. Hotel has 2 restaurants and casino, didn't try this time. Unfortunately some other guests were very loud during night time (2 a.m.), did not respect other guests.

Beautiful hotel
A beautiful hotel, has had many prominent guests staying there. Very large and in the city center. Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with an excellent selection of food

11 nights. Room was good. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Had one dinner meal and food was nice. Breakfast has varied choice. Good service. The lady doing the fresh eggs/ omelettes gives off the impression she hates people! Doesn’t acknowledge your arrival to order, then just looks up as if to say” what?!”, you order and she thrusts you a table number! I always made a point of my please and thank you very loudly but from her, nothing but dirty looks! This was in no way how the other staff where, they were very polite and professional!

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Brünn, sehr gutes Frühstück - für jeden etwas dabei. Sauber und etwas Retro. Fernseher im Zimmer ohne deutschsprachige Programme, für unseren Aufenthalt aber ohne Bedeutung.

실망입니다.
체크인하자마자 들어선 낡은 객실에 모습에 실망했습니다. 옆객실에서 공사중이라 아침 8시가 되기 전부터 천장이 무너질듯한 공사 소음에 두통이 왔습니다. 심지어 이틀 내내 공사를 했습니다. 체크인할때 어떠한 공지도 듣지 못했습니다. 샤워기가 고장이 나서 물이 줄줄 새서 그것 또한 실망입니다. 브르노에 첫 방문 이었는데 이곳으로 인해 좋은 기억으로 남지 않을 것 같습니다. 안타깝고 속상하네요.
