- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You'll find a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, as well as a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.

## Access
Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. You'll have the entire apartment at your disposal to make you feel right at home.
SELF-CHECK-IN: Check-in is completely independent from 3 p.m. using a key box and smart lock. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 24 hours before your arrival.
PARKING: The apartment does not have a parking space, but you can easily park in the streets nearby.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You're ideally located for exploring the city. Bus stops are just a 5-minute walk away. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. What's more, you're just a 10-minute walk from the city center.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we remain available 7 days a week via messaging through the booking platform or by phone until 11 p.m. in case of an emergency.

## Notes
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please read some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for neighbors is essential, between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability; please do not hesitate to ask. For any departure between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
HOUSEHOLD: The cleaning fee includes a complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of fresh bed linen and towels for each guest.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book on certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be retained.
