「the room was clean, but very small. They couldn’t find my reservation when I arrived and I didn’t get the room I had booked, but they couldn’t reduce the price. The restaurant and lounge wasn’t open for dinner. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were good. The massage therapist was super nice! The location was beautiful!」

I booked thinking it was UKEE cause Expedia suggested it was… it isn’t… however it was worth going to.. beware though… you need to take a water taxi to get there and its 10$ a person.. so we were out 80$ just to get back and forth from our car to the resort…」

Alternative arrangements provided did not feel secure, and noise continued throughout the night, making rest impossible. 「I was travelling by myself and just needed one night to catch an early ferry. I never received any information on how to access the property, when I arrived there was no one to check in with, a lady who does not work there asked if I needed help, I explained I was trying to check in, she ask what tent I was booked for, I told her which one and she said “ just find it and go in”, As these are tent there is no key just a zipper to open.
