部屋は大きく、ベッドの広さ、バスルームの広さも十分で一人の宿泊にはまったく問題ないと感じます。一転不満があるとすれば、部屋の光源が全体的に暗く、デスクでのPC作業において明るさが足りません。 立地としては、町全体がそれほどうるさくないため、過ごしやすいと感じます。また朝食が豊富で、おいしかったです。

Breakfast is good
The reception did not make the feeling so welcome. They are just doing their registering job which made not a good start. However, the breakfast was wonderful. The variety, the taste, the choiceses are all great. The laidys are aslo very friendry. The room was nice but very dark and could do with bit more lightning. All in all, as the beging of the checking in was not confortable, it was the same when we checked out. The receptionis could at lease say hi or good morning and the points of this hotel could improve a lot. Shame.

Pretty average to be honest. Major issue is that 2 out of 3 lifts out of action for >48 hrs so meant long delays to be up and down from rooms. This is really not acceptable for a hotel that charges> £150/ night. Won’t be stating again based on this mainly as this is clearly a cost saving decision rather than one that supports guests.

The carpark is tiny and not fit for purpose, the bedroom was so outdated it was like an 80’s B and B. I will never stay there again, however the staff were all excellent.

Terrible business trip
Absolutely awful stay, no clear direction to the hotel parking which is under the basement with about 15 parking spaces maximum. The hotel staff are not really very helpful and seem a bit clueless. The rooms are dated, dirty and really horrible to stay in. Limited plug sockets none near the bed, a weird bus seat glued to the wall under the TV. Bedding is dirty doesn’t look or feel clean looks like the beds been remade. Decor in the room is just horrible. I personally don’t think it was worth £160 for one night and I wouldn’t stay again. It needs a huge re vamp

OK hotel. Good location, service could be better
The hvac unit in my room was dripping all night long and I could hear it against the vent/grill. It kept me up longer than I would have liked. Not many staff were on shift so had to wait to check in during rush hour and breakfast service was a bit bare.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Bristol. Only issue is trying to get to it as a number of roads are closed for roadworks and you need to be careful not to stray into bus only routes

Bad Choice If You Have a Car to Park
Overpriced for the quality provided. The room had a glass shower panel that had come loose due to being poorly secured by a strip of sealant. Very minor issue—A door in the hallway had a poorly adjusted door closer so that the door flung open too quickly when pushed upon. Biggest problem is parking. Do not visit this hotel if you are traveling by car. The parking lot the use is (they say) a seven minute walk away. But because the city center is closed to motorized traffic and that city center lies between you and the hotel, it’s about a fifteen minute drive. If you have to drop off bags you will spend at least a half hour extra driving to pick up and drop off your bags. Plus the 14 minutes of walking.

Dreadful worse than a motel
Dreadful with no service at lunch. Arrived at noon too early to check in with no lunchtime service. Not even a cup of tea. Had to ask to use the toilet as it was locked. Worse than a motel and charged £155 for the night.

We do set a welcome corner from noon where we provide cookies and fruits for our arriving guests. We understand that waiting for check-in can be tiring, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the availability of lunchtime service.Regarding the locked toilet doors, we have implemented this practice to ensure the privacy and exclusivity of our guests. However, our reception staff is more than happy to open the doors for you if you need to use the facilities before check-in.We understand your comment about the pricing. The location of our establishment, being central and close to amenities, does factor into the cost. We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and convenient experience, and we believe our rates reflect the value we provide.Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your stay and appreciate your feedback.
