.☛ No parties or events – This is a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood with both children and elders nearby. Please be mindful of noise and language when outdoors, as sound carries easily across the lake.
.☛ Quiet hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid loud conversations, music, or gatherings during these hours.
.☛ No smoking or vaping – Help us keep the home clean and fresh.
.☛ No pets allowed – We maintain an allergy-friendly space for all guests.
.☛ Primary guest must be 25+ – The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay.
.☛ Trash day – Friday mornings. Please place bins by the street on Thursday night.
.☛ Respect the home and neighbors – Treat the property as you would your own. This includes using respectful language outdoors and avoiding profanity or shouting, as nearby families and children can easily hear conversations from neighboring properties.
.☛ Penalty notice – A $250 fee per violation, plus any related damages, will apply for rule breaches (e.g., unauthorized parties, excessive noise, smoking, pets, or disrespectful conduct).
.☛ The boat on the property belongs to the owner’s family and isn’t available for guest use. However, guests are welcome to enjoy the provided kayaks, paddle boards, and other lake toys during their stay.

Please note: During the winter season, all kayaks, paddle boards, and the dock are brought in for storage and will not be available for guest use.
