フロントスタッフの対応も笑顔で対応してくれて、フロント前を通るたびに挨拶もしてくれ気分が良かったです! 部屋も綺麗で冷蔵庫も設置されてて良かったです! トイレとシャワールームは狭すぎましたが使えないわけでは無いですし、アメニティーも歯ブラシ以外は準備されてたのでありがたかったです。 また利用する機会があれば利用したいホテル。

Decent city hotel.
Stayed here before, and, still just as good. Easy check-in, everything clearly explained about car park, although £20 per night is bit expensive! Room clean and a good size, fridge, in room safe and my tablet worked to watch Sky! Return? Yep, when in Bristol next for overnight stay.

Bathroom a bit small. Bed a bit rickety, pillows too soft. Staff were attentive, and very helpful. Breakfast decent, and hotel very clean throughout. Good position for trains/ buses. Overall, a nice experience. Would stay again.

Enjoyable Weekend
Nice couple of days; staff very helpful would definitely recommend. Only one coffee machine working Sunday Breakfast which meant longer than usual wait but first world problem.

Rather overpriced, the rooms are very small. When we entered our room for the first time, it hadn’t been made up so our bags had to be moved to the next room. The receptionist was very apologetic so it wasn’t a problem. For the price, it would have been nice to at least of had a couple of bottles of water provided in the room. Overnight parking cost £20 which again seems expensive given the cost of the stay.
