Located in the heart of New Farm, literally step outside to an array of cafes, restaurants, and bars.

Explore nearby New Farm Village shopping, unwind in New Farm Park & Powerhouse or jump on a CityCat from the ferry terminal.

For a touch of glamour, head to the trendy James Street precinct or waterfront bars & restaurants @ Howard Smith Wharves.

You’ll be instantly at home with the open-plan, spacious & stylishly furnished apartment…

Set upstairs at the rear of the building, the tiled flooring offers a clean , low maintenance + modern aesthetic.

Relax in air-conditioning with streaming on the Smart TV; Connect via fast WiFi, Work from home on the dining table, or chill out on the compact balcony with district views…

Cook up a storm in the kitchen, grab some takeaway &/or dine out at the multitude of restaurants just outside....

We have 2 allocated car parks with the apartment + ample street parking outside (see other things to note for details)

Perfect for singles, couples, small families + business travellers…but not for parties of any description.

Please note* The building has a strict NO party or gatherings policy + the building is entirely No Smoking. We enforce this with immediate eviction + security costs passed on (warning for those wanting to break the rules).

New farm long weekend

Cute little two bed, clean, decent shower. Kitchen items provided to start the stay. Was a bit warm and stuffy when first arrived but once the fans were on it felt better! Above some shops but minimal noise to apartment.
