This is a place to settle in, stretch out, and slow things down — a clean, spacious home designed for everyday ease. Everything’s set up for a relaxed stay, whether you’re travelling as a family, with friends, or need a base while working or exploring the area. Sunlight moves through our lounge room in the morning, and there’s space to gather, cook, or take a moment alone when needed.

• Two bathrooms – practical and clean

• Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine
• Covered outdoor patio with seating
• Air conditioning in master bedroom and living room and ceiling fans throughout

• Explore trails ranging from easy boardwalks to challenging hikes
• Lookouts over Six Mile Creek and ancient sandstone outcrops

Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)
Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible—please message us ahead of time to arrange.
Cleaning Expectations
We provide professional cleaning before every stay, but we kindly ask that guests:
• Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided
• Wash any used dishes
• Avoid leaving stains, excessive dirt, or clutter
Extra cleaning or rubbish removal will incur a fee.
No Parties or Loud Gatherings
This is a quiet, residential street. Noise curfew after 9PM.
Strict no-party policy—breach will result in immediate booking cancellation.
