The space;

A spacious apartment at 108m2, with cathedral height loft ceilings, an open plan kitchen, dining & living, opening onto a large outdoor balcony with spa + district views…

The bathrooms are brand new (Dec ’23) with premium Italian floor to ceiling tiles, glam gold fittings + double shower in the main bedroom ensuite.

Situated upstairs, at the rear of the block, you would never know you are on the New Farm / Fortitude Valley border + 1 km to the CBD…

Chill out on the huge, comfy leather couch + Smart TV / Netflix streaming, or setup a home office on the dining table with fast WiFi (50Mpbs)…

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!

There’s also a full laundry with washing, machine & dryer to keep you clean 
