The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was great too, spacious with good water pressure. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is an absolute must to visit. Very relaxing watching the black swans on the lake and food is plentiful and lovely.

Very nice , clean room. I had a small incident (felt quite huge in the moment ) when I locked myself out when I left both my keycards in the room. Telephone stuff were helpful after hours too and quite timely . Happy with friendly service overall .
