Brigham and Women's Health Care Center

Staff are super friendly, accommodating, very professional and courteous. Had no issues getting a slightly earlier check-in so I could make it to my dinner reservation. Valet service was a nice touch. Rooms were amazingly clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Restaurant was over-priced but I expect that at a high end hotel. Waterfall showers were so nice. Just be aware the kitchenettes do not come stocked with anything, you have to bring your own dishes & utensils which is kind of weird. Would definitely stay here again 10/10

The rooms were impeccable, and the staff was excellent. They were very proactive and helpful in resolving a few challenges we experienced during our trip. The overall experience and the attention given to toddlers and children were amazing. It is also worth mentioning that even the crib was excellent, which made our stay much more comfortable. We truly appreciated the level of service and attention to detail.
