"Stayed 10 days while my house was going on the market, having Open Houses, etc. I had a lovely retreat at “the farm” while all that was going on! My daughter, who goes to college nearby and joined me for the weekend, also found time here restorative. There are great restaurants nearby but I mostly enjoyed making simple meals in the well stocked kitchen. I preferred spending as much time as possible enjoying the solitude and beauty of the place. Also, fresh eggs and honey from the farm are tasty perks indeed! Loved sitting on the back porch with a book. John is an excellent host! "
