Nice enough place, not great but not bad. Comfortable enough. Don’t bother with the breakfast it’s very poor.

We have stayed a few times staff and the room were always excellent, food a bit limited but ok nothing special Easy access from the motorway If you have an EV they have a few charging points

The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom and the bedroom itself was dirty. Dirty marks left on the shower walls and the walls of the bedroom. Could hear the noise from other bedroom when they use the bathroom - water movement.

Great room, very comfy bed and very quiet location. Very good bar and food all beautifully presented. Great Reception. Excellent breakfast selection. This is a great location for our business in the area. Would recommend to anyone.

Clean but smelly room. A basic hotel next to a noisy and busy road. Small uninviting room. Thankfully only there for one night. Wont be staying there again.

Very convenient location for everything we planned to do. Clean and updated rooms. Love the new style room layout and Scandinavian style storage. Bathrooms are superb with a more upmarket feel. Staff went out their way to help and assist when required. Highly recommended and most definitely will come back.

certainly a budget hotel ,not a patch on premier inns.no decoration in bedroom ,bare concrete walls with roof leak repairs between wall and ceiling evident.no drinking glasses provided in room.

Thank you for your review. The feature walls are made of pre-fabricated concrete. The design is of a modern industrial look and the impurities on the walls are part of this design. We appreciate this will not be to everyone's taste, however please be advised that the walls are clean, safe, fit for purpose

It was a great stay loved that my iris (dog) was aloud to stay. The whole of all what was on offer whilst you stay was just perfect for us. Breakfast fresh and yummy!!!

Good hotel, expensive food.

Hotel and staff were lovely but the restaurant attached to the hotel is ridiculously expensive. £26 for sirloin steak but the admiral down the road is £10 cheaper. Beer selection at the bar not great and the bar staff extremely inexperienced. One we spoke to did not know what a Chardonnay was! Not keen on the hidden £9 charge to park the car either. If the price is cheap enough, pleasant hotel to stay the night but look elsewhere to eat and drink.

Top stay !

Had a great stay. Food was amazing ! Breakfast was great. Staff was great. £9 for parking. Had I seen this I wouldn’t have booked it sorry ( just me being tight )

Ok but clearly shortage of staff. What staff were there were very good but the hotel seemed to be understaffed. For instance in our stay over 5 nights our room was not serviced. Service in the restaurant was far to slow.

Dreadful

The hotel room was filthy. The corridor was covered in white paper and the room had no shampoo or wash in any of the containers. We could not wash hands after using the toilet. The shower was blocked and couldnt drain away. When we lifted the drain it was blocked with hair. I was standing in filthy brown water. The wall fan was full of dirt. Toilet was not clean. We couldnt eat till 7.30 as there was a buffet arranged for a group. When we left we overheard two employees complaining that the cleaner was taking an hour to clean aroom and that it should take 15 mins. This is obviously why the rooms are so unclean and unhygenic.

Great location being close to the motorway but thought it odd I had to pay for parking. Only met the receptionist who was very helpful and polite. Room is great, very modernised with with USB ports in the sockets, air conditioning that works really well and nice decor and lighting.

Ok but would not stay again.

Room clean and comfortable with a good shower but a few things let the stay down, £9 per night parking is steep when you are not near the town centre. Other things were that the room was noisy, as if the window was open when it was not an opening window so could hear the traffic, only earl grey tea bags in the room and reception tried to charge us for someone else’s dinner, so I suspect not a good system in place. I would stay elsewhere next time.
