「Office was closed. Took a long time for someone to check us in. Room was in disrepair. 」

「Great that it’s across the street from the beach. Plants on their front porches need some TLC and clean up around the floor where they sit. Old hotel with thin walls and floors, could hear everything on the floor above us. Otherwise, nicely decorated, clean bathroom. I would stay again, but on the top floor.」

「Had an excellent stay; missed only a table/chair for Internet use in the room (WiFi worked well). Everything was comfortable, in good condition, and the location was quiite convenient for the family wedding at The Mill.」

「Parking was right up to the outside facing door which was nice for checkout I could easily load my stuff up, air conditioner/heater worked very well keeping the room cool at all times, staff was super friendly and informative. Only downside was my door was near an exit I guess people were coming in and out of and my door ended up getting banged on loudly a number of times in the morning, overall for a one nights stay for the price it was a pretty good experience 」

「Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. 」
