「Staff were excellent! Rafaela was extremely hospitable and looking to accommodate our every need. The facility was clean, quiet and very quaint which made for a very relaxing experience. Breakfast was excellent! Cozy dining area with fireplace burning low in the cooler mornings and on warmer mornings there were various beautiful areas to sit outdoors. Location was perfect for exploring the various wine in the Piedmont Region . We will be back! 」

「This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat.
