Two-room apartment with sleeping area of 30m² that can accommodate up to 4 people maximum. It is on the 3rd floor of the residence "Relais de la guisane 2" with elevator, ideally located just 50m from the Prorel gondola and 200m from the center of Briançon (pedestrian walkway in front of the residence). It includes a mountain corner with a 140x190 double wall bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, a main room with equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, vitro hob, a bedroom with 1 140x190 double wall bed, closed by a mobile rigid curtain and giving access to the east-facing balcony with panoramic views of the forts of Briançon. Private ski locker and parking space available. Shuttle 50m away to explore the valley. Our animal friends are not allowed.
