Great Place and Great Location

We had a great experience staying here. Check-in was easy, space was perfectly clean, and we had plenty of space for the 9 adults in our party. Nothing was lacking during our stay.

Our stay

Everything was great until the septic system broke and we had to argue to be moved. We could not risk the children being in that environment. Unfortunately we could not pick anything up or clean.

Clean and nicely located

Clean and as advertised. Walk to slopes. Nice private backyard. House could use some modern updating- particularly the bathrooms and some of the furniture. We had a nice ski vacation there.

Family Vacation

First ski trip with our children and grandchildren and the house had everything we needed and very clean. The short walk to the mountain was great. Definitely would rent again.

Great location and Super Friendly

The ski in, ski out for this property is fantastic. Some people stopped at lunch other skied all day. Can't beat it. We skied a little on check out day also, and Alex at Bretton Woods Vacations was super helpful. Thanks so much.

Amazing experience

This was the first time that we rented a house and it was an amazing experience! The house was made just for us - it was very spacious, my children had books and toys to play with, and the location was near shopping centers.

Nostalgic Visit

We enjoyed staying in a condo at Bretton woods, where our kids (now in their 30's) learned to ski at an early age, and where we have had more positive experiences than we can count hiking and enjoying this area. The condo was larger than what we needed, but it was air conditioned.. The kitchen was nicely stocked both with equipment, and with spices etc. we forgot to bring. The gas grill worked well. We enjoyed going around the whole area and refreshing our memories.

Great time during tough time!

Our week was March 15-23, 2020 when ski areas and public facilities were all shutting down in the wake of the Corona Virus. Fortunately Bretton Woods stayed open until Thursday so we were able to get a good portion of our vacation completed, snow conditions were great as was the weather. The condo was perfect with on-mountain access so we didn't need to use the lodge. Unfortunately my extended family cancelled which left the place a bit too big for a family of 4 but hey, no complaints. Property management company was very responsive throughout. Overall, great stay and we'll look to book again next year after the pandemic settles down. Thanks again to owners and Bretton Woods Vacations for the flexibility and quick communications!!

Time for an investment

Loved the location, service from Peabody Smith and the general layout. Place could use a little TLC. Countertops and floors are a mess. We left it cleaner than we found it for sure.

Room for Everyone

Condo exceeded our expectations! Location was great..walkable to slope & daycare. Having 2 living rooms was indispensable with our group of 6 adults & 5 grandkids ages 10 yrs to 1 1/2 yrs. Spacious area for hanging coats & storing boots & ski boots. Kitchen well stocked with dishes,utensils,pots & pans as well as spices. It was awesome to have a baby sled, baby gate & pack n play to use. We all agreed that this was our favorite rental. We’ve rented at Waterville Valley twice, Loon, Attitash ,Sugarloaf & Blue Knob in Pa. The condo truly had everything we needed & more. Seating for all 11 of us in dining area including high chair. Toys & games for all ages was a nice surprise too.

Perfect for our family of 6!

Located in a beautiful area of NH. The cottage was spacious. The living room furniture and beds were comfortable. The patio off of the master bedroom was awesome as was the one off of the dining room. Both were private. We would stay here again. Thanks to Alex and Aaron for their quick response to all of our questions prior to our stay.
