Located 150 meters from the beach and shops of La Parée, in a residence with an unheated communal swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), this single-story 3-bedroom house (sleeps 4) features a private garden.
The house includes an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a seating area (sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV), a dining area (table, chairs), and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven).
Wi-Fi access.
Bedroom 1: 1 x 140 cm bed + storage.
Bedroom 2: 2 x 80 cm beds and a closet.
A bathroom (sink unit, shower) and a separate toilet.

The living room opens onto a pleasant garden with a terrace (garden furniture, 2 lounge chairs, barbecue, awning) and 2 bike racks. A storage room with a washing machine.
A private parking space.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and linens not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning service (subject to availability) (+€85), to be reserved with the agency.
Security deposit: €350 BY CREDIT CARD ONLY (pre-authorization).
A cleaning deposit may be requested.

Some elements of the contract may not be usable (swimming pool, outdoor games, etc.) due to external events and/or events completely beyond the control of the agent; the tenant will not be entitled to any compensation.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette location où il ne manque rien ! Notre vie a été rythmée au son de la mer, surtout pendant nos repas dehors. Bel endroit calme avec tout à proximité. Nous recommandons vivement pour se ressourcer et en famille, c'était idéal !
